According to field test study of highformwork support system in a hall of highrise building, the stress changes of upright stanchion, cross bar, bridging and lock braking column parts, which are in fastenerstyle formwork support system, are monitored by realtime from concrete pouring to maintenance.

摘要］ 经过对某高层中厅高大模板支架现场实测，实时监控混凝土从浇筑到养护整个过程中，扣件式钢管模板支撑体系中立杆、横杆、剪刀撑、抱柱件应力随时间的变化情况。

Compiled procedure based on the overall geometric dimensions and load parameter of DXZ32/900 downward-borne self-propelled mobile framework template and concrete girder with the secondary development tool APDL of ANSYS, achieved the aim of generating finite element model and imposing load of the template and concrete girder automatically,finally,calculated the counterforce of the outer-mould and rod.

利用ANSYS二次开发工具APDL，依据DXZ32/900下承自行式移动模架模板及混凝土梁整体的几何尺寸和荷载参数编写程序，实现了模板和混凝土梁有限元模型的自动生成、荷载的自动施加，并得出外模及撑杆的支反力。
