摘 要］目的：比较120例妇科宫颈分泌物直接涂片镜检与培养结果的分析。方法：宫颈分泌物直接涂片、革兰染色、显微镜检与宫颈分泌物接种于巧克力板、血平板、沙氏板进行培养和鉴定。结果：对分泌物中的致病菌而言，g-双球菌和阴道加德纳菌的直接涂片镜检阳性率较培养高；霉菌的培养阳性率较直接涂片镜检率高。结论：妇科宫颈分泌物直接涂片镜检具有快速、直观、简便的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transbronchial needle aspiration in the mediastinal lymphadenopathy and lung tumors.Methods TBNA and brushing biopsy were performed in 67 patients with mediastinal lymphadenopathy or with extrabronchial tumors,then the TBNA ang brushing biopsy were compared with the traditional ring clamp biopsy.

目的 探讨经气管镜行纵隔淋巴结及肺部肿瘤针吸活检联合刷检的诊断作用方法对经CT检查的67例纵隔淋巴结肿和叶、段支气管腔外占位的患者通过经气管镜行针吸活检和刷检并与传统的常规钳取活检对照。

目的 探讨流式细胞术DNA含量测定对肺癌诊断的价值方法应用流式细胞仪对41例肺癌纤支镜活检标本及21例非癌性病变的活检标本中DNA含量和S期细胞比率进行测定，并与同期纤支镜活检、刷检、及纤支镜术后痰检对比分析。

Results Erythrocyte proportion of measured value of 56.36% and RBCInfo of 53.02% with UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer .Normocytic rate of 28.52% with Coincidence rate of 100%; Microcytic rate of 16.35% with Coincidence rate of 97.67%; Nonclassifide rate of 55.13% with Coincidence rate of 46.21%.

结果：UF-100尿沉渣分析仪红细胞检出率为56.36%，红细胞信息提示率为53.02%，其中正常红细胞比率占28.52%，与离心沉渣镜检符合率为100%；小红细胞比率占16.35%，与离心沉渣镜检符合率为97.67%；混合红细胞(Non-classifide)比率占55.13%，与离心沉渣镜检符合率为46.21%。

Results: Within 13 cases of CINⅠdegree diagnosed of pathologic histology with vaginoscope, 9 cases were coincident with the result of conization of cervix, the pathologic degree of 3 cases increased after the operation and 1 case decreased; within 46 cases of CINⅡ degree diagnosed of pathologic histologh with vaginoscope, 27 cases were coincident with the result of coization of cervix, the pathologic degree of 7 cases increased after the operation and 10 cases decreased.

结果：13例阴道镜活检病理为CINⅠ级病例中，9例与宫颈锥切术病理相符，3例宫颈锥切术后病理级别上升，1例病理级别下降；46例阴道镜活检病理CINⅡ级病例中，27例与宫颈锥切病理相符，7例宫颈锥切病理级别上升，12例病理级别下降；42例阴道镜活检病理为CINⅢ级病例中，25例与宫颈锥切病理相符，7例宫颈锥切病理级别上升，10例病理级别下降。

The microscopic examinations of sediment demonstrated RBC urine in 46 cases (50%),RBC morphology was homogenerous type under the light microscope; WBC urine in 33 cases (35.9%), of which cultures for microorganism in 12 cases were all negative; crystal urine in 14 cases (15.2%), of which noncrystal type crystal was identified in 12 cases, while calcium oxalate crystal in 2 cases.

沉渣镜检：红细胞尿40例，占50%，普通光镜下观察红细胞形态为均一型。白细胞尿33例，占35.9%，干化学、沉渣镜检阳性符合23例，其中12例尿培养未检出致病菌。结晶尿14例，占15.2%，其中12例非晶型结晶有4例按混浊尿鉴别程序确定为非晶型尿酸盐结晶；另2例为草酸钙结晶。

Results The positive rates of detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis were13%,19%,22%,15% and 76% respectively by pathologic examination, brushing smear, sputum smear, culture after bronchoscopy and NPCR methods. Significant differences were found between NPCR and the other 4 methods (all Ps＜0.01). No positive result for Mycobacterium tuberculosis was found in 43 controls by NPCR.

结果 67例支气管内膜结核活检组织病理检查、刷检涂片、支气管镜检&激惹&后痰涂片、镜检术后痰培养及NPCR检测阳性率分别为13%、19%、22%、15%和76%，后者与前四者相比差异有非常显著性(P均＜0.01)。43例支气管肺癌患者结核分支杆菌DNA的NPCR无一例阳性。
