Methods 21 LEPP patients with clinical highly suspected acute pulmonary embolism underwent (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA veins imaging and pulmonary perfusion imaging. Vena caval filters were inserted and thrombolysis were given in patients with big area APE and/or iliofemoral vein thrombosis indicated by (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA imaging. Thrombolysis was given in patients with small area APE and/or subpopliteal vein thrombosis.

对21例LEPP临床高度疑为急性肺栓塞患者行，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA下肢深静脉显像、肺血流灌注显像，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA显像提示大面积APE和／或髂股深静脉血检患者行下腔静脉滤网放置+溶栓治疗，小面积APE和／或腘静脉以下DVT单纯溶栓治疗，治疗2~4周后复查PPI。

Methods: Totally 90 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostate received prostate Bolt.

采用前列安栓治疗90例NCBP患者，前列安栓每日一粒于晚间便后塞入肛门3~5cm，一个月为一疗程。

To pay attention to carry out effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis by compression and deep vein intubation rapidly in the initial stage of emergency. The carotid shunt tube plays an important role in severe carotid injury and re-establishment process. We use external jugular vein to transplant and re-establish,which are rung with artificial blood vessels for the long distance carotid injury and achieved the best result. We expose as fully as possible for the hepatic venae and the posthepatic post caval injury,and adopt effective methods to stop bleeding and repair. The application of blood shunt pump could raise the success rate for those severe patients. The self-double vastransplantation with both ends being all trousers-style one opening solve some problems such as there are no suitable caliber self-transplantation blood vessels and the artificial blood vessels are easy to occur obliteration for long-term and so on for the great or middle blood vessels.We use improved Fogarty duct and anterograde intubation to eliminate thrombus could eliminate thrombus effectively and avoid accessory injury for the deep vein injury and extensive thrombosis.

抢救初期要注意进行有效的心肺复苏、压迫止血和快速进行深静脉插管；颈动脉转流管在严重颈动脉损伤重建过程中有重要作用；对长距离颈动脉损伤用颈外静脉移植外环包人造血管重建，可取得最佳效果；对肝静脉及肝后下腔静脉损伤，要充分暴露，采用有效方法止血和修复，对病情极危重的凶险性出血者，血液转流泵的应用可提高成功率；对大、中血管损伤，两端均为裤式单开口自体双血管移植，解决了无适宜口径自体移植血管和应用人造血管远期易闭塞等问题；对深静脉损伤并广泛血栓形成者，应用改进的Fogarty导管和顺行插管取栓法，可有效取栓并避免了副损伤。

The effects of the application of modified suture on the total operation time, the common carotid artery blood occlusion time during the course of operation, the probability that suture entered the pterygopalatine artery and the success rate were observed. And the stability and the reliability of the model were evaluated by neurological deficit score, magnetic resonance image, triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining in all rats.

Trametes trogii was screened from Majia Hill in Weihai. The effect of pH, temperature and inorganic ion on Trametes trogii xylanase activity and stability was studied. Meanwhile, the substrate concentration effect of this xylanase was also studied and Km was measured.

Results and Conclusions The main factors influencing the treatment effect of PHC in China are the followings:(1) Most patients with PHC of subclinical type failed to be diagnosed and treatment in time.(2) As a wrong idea PHC has been considered an "uncurable disease", so the treatment strategy is nagative.(3) Unsuitable choice of treatment resulted in some PHC unable to be resected.(4) Intraoperative massive bleeding due to unskill-operative techniques, increase the postoperative morbidity and mortality.(5) The manner of treatment is not positive for PHC patients with portal cancer thrombosis, bile duct cancer hteombosis and portal hyperlension.(6) Combined therapy can not be used or unsuitably used.

结果与结论影响我国PHC治疗效果的主要因素有：(1)诊断不及时，致使大多数亚临床期病人未及时确诊，丧失了手术良机；(2)观念陈旧，认为肝癌是&不治之症&，治疗态度消极；(3)治疗方法选择不当，使一些本来可以切除的PHC病人错过了手术时机；(4)手术医生技术不熟练，术中出血多，增加了手术后并发症和死亡率；(5)对PHC合并门静脉癌栓，胆管癌栓，门静脉高压症等合并症缺乏积极治疗态度；(6)不重视或不合理应用综合治疗措施等。

Seven cases with portal vein tumor thrombus were diagnosed by CO2-hepatic arterio-sonography (CO2-HAS). Their ultrasonographic features of CO2-HAS were as follows: several seconds after the injection of CO2 microbubble contrast, bright cloudy flowing echoes or several flowing echo stripes along the long axis of portal vein were seen in tumor thrombus. During interrupted phase of CO2 contrast injection there were still scattered unflowing bright echoes in tumor thrombus.

应用二氧化碳(CO2)肝动脉造影诊断 7 例门静脉癌栓，其造影增强声像图表现为：注射CO2微泡造影剂数秒钟后即可见癌栓光团弥漫性光点闪动，似白云翻滚或门脉实体回声内有数条和门静脉管径长轴平行的微气泡光带流动，停止注射后门静脉实体回声内仍有弥漫性非流动性增强光点，持续时间较长。

Methods A randomized,controlled,open clinical trial was conducted and all the patients were divided into vulvovaginal candidiasis group consisted 72 vulvovaginal candidiasis cases and bacterial vaginosis group consisted of 72 bacterial vaginosis cases.
