Responsibilities:Allocate the available resources in terms of workforce, materials and production equipment to fulfill daily production plan as per business requirements for Dye House Ensure on time delivery and continuous improvement for Dyeing order processing and shorten order lead timeMonitor Dyeing operations and implement action plan to achieve a time-bound labor productivity target Implement quality plan in association with quality department and ensure color quality Lead dyeing workforce to control dyeing production cost in terms of water consumption, electricity consumption, dyed chain/tape wastage generation Establish a safe, healthy and environment-protected working environment to ensure zero industry injury in Dyeing area Assist setting annual manufacturing budget for Dyeing section Monitor people performance and provide training to production supervisors and workers to develop and retain a competent and motivated production workforce
