This paper set out from the high order shear deformation theory at first, and utilize the spline finite point method to set up a new dynamic model of piezoelectric intellectual plate. Secondly ,a corresponding MATLAB program is written according to the theory, and has analysed the deformation of the piezoelectric intellectual plate. In the end , this paper has analysed the vibration control of the piezoelectric intellectual plate. Some results are compared with the analytic values, and have proved the rationality of the results of this paper.

本文首先从高阶剪切变形理论出发，利用样条有限点法，建立了压电智能层合板新的动力模型；其次，利用MATLAB语言编写了相应的计算机程序，对压电智能层合板的变形进行了分析；最后分析了压电智能层合板振动控制问题；其中一部分结果与相应的解析解作了详细的比较，证明了本文结果的合理性。

In chapter 2, a tangent stiffness matrix formula of four-node C〓 element for the laminated plate is deduced, which is based on the first order shear deformation theory and the Von-Karman nonlinear deformation assumption.

Based on the variational principle of virtual voltage and virtual displacement derived in this thesis and the classical theory of linear laminated plates, and by using the constitutive equations of elastic piezoelectric materials, and the DKQ quadrilateral plate bending element, the finite element modeling for the fabric reinforced laminated plates with nonlinear voltage-electric strain relationship of piezoelectric actuators has been established for the first time in this thesis. And the expressions for the electric loadings with obvious mechanical meaning and convenient for computation are established, which can be used to the deformation analysis of laminated plates with piezoelectric actuators under specified voltages.

以本文直接导出的压电结构的虚电势—虚位移变分原理为基础，依据经典线性层合板理论和压电弹性体的本构方程，采用基于离散法线假设的DKQ四结点任意四边形薄板弯曲单元，首次建立了考虑非线性电压—电应变关系的含压电致动器的纤维增强型层合板的有限元分析模型，并推导建立了力学意义明确、便于计算的电荷载表达式，可用于指定电压条件下纤维增强型叠层合成板的变形分析。

Again, I maintain that we should use the flexural-tensile strain and the vertical shearing stress of the bottom of cover of the joint as the target for the design of the cover structure of asphalt on the old cement concrete. In addition, on the basis of much theoretical analysis, I preliminarily put forward to a designing methods to anchor the old cement concrete road by using dog irons made of iron bars and then covering it using asphalt concrete structure. Finally, through selecting the plan of the cover of the road to be experimented, and making a detailed introduction to the techniques of construction according to the result of theoretical analysis, I know that after anchoring the slabs close to each other with dog irons made of iron, and then cover them using asphalt cement concrete has an obvious effect on preventing and slowing down the reflection cracks in the bituminous concrete skin coat over the old road.

在大量分析的基础上提出了马钉锚固罩面结构中相邻两块水泥混凝土板接缝处的相对水平位移、相对垂直位移、接缝处沥青层底部的弯拉应变和剪应变的计算公式；再次，提出了采用接缝处罩面层底部的弯拉应变、垂直剪应变作为旧水泥混凝土路面上沥青混凝土罩面结构的设计指标，并在大量理论分析的基础上，初步提出了马钉锚固旧水泥混凝土板后沥青混凝土罩面结构的设计方法；最后，根据理论分析的结果，选定试验路的罩面方案，并对其施工工艺进行了详细的介绍，表明采用钢筋马钉锚固相邻混凝土板后，再进行沥青混凝土罩面的方法在防止或减缓罩面层反射裂缝方面具有明显的效果。

The results show that the effect of small-sized hole and delaminations is not great . On the natural frequencies , the effect of t ransverse elliptical multiple delaminations around an elliptical cent ral hole is more serious than that of lengthways elliptical multiple delaminations around an elliptical cent ral hole ; the natural f requencies are very sensitive to damages location , and less sensitive to multiple delaminations' size and the holes'size.

结果表明：当穿孔和分层的尺寸较小时，其对层合板固有频率的影响很小；横向穿孔-多分层损伤对层合板固有频率的影响较纵向穿孔-多分层损伤更显著；平面编织层合板固有频率对损伤位置最为敏感，分层尺寸次之，穿孔尺寸的影响最弱。

The study provided 2 kinds of finish systems which were pouring and anchoring rock-wool panel respectively. In general, galvanizing steel-meshwork using machine anchor can use all kinds of Rock-wool panel made in China. The interface mortar used in Rock-wool can prevent worker's hand from hurting and improve the water-proof capability and bonding intensity of rock-wool panel. The low-heat conductivity of polystyrene foaming granule paste improved the integer and anti-crack of system. The 2 kinds of rock-wool system all can resolve the current rock-wool panel applied difficulty in outer-wall external thermal insulation. The rock-wool external thermal insulation which has very nice fire-proof capability can apply any kinds of builds, especially high-rise buildings.

研究提出了现浇和锚固岩棉板2种涂料饰面构造做法，其中采用机械锚固热镀锌钢网施工可充分利用国产各类型岩棉板；岩棉板的界面砂浆处理可起到防止岩棉纤维扎手、增强岩棉板的防水性能和提高岩棉板与找平层的粘结强度的作用；聚苯颗粒的低导热系数过渡层提高了系统的整体性和抗裂性。2种构造做法经试验和工程试点证明均可解决目前国内岩棉难以应用在外墙外保温系统中的技术问题，具有优异防火性能的岩棉外保温系统可应用于任何类型的建筑中，在高层建筑和防火要求高的建筑中其优势更为明显。
