The green properties of water treatment chemicals are determined according to pollution resulted from their uses in oil field and their production processes, while their treatment performences are done from the experimental effects in oil field. The evaluation results are given for flocculating agents, germicides, corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors used in Daqing Oil Field.

据项目技术负责人、大连工业大学生物与食品工程学院院长朱蓓薇教授介绍，该项目首次开发了低温真空渗透调味技术、阶段式升暖和冷却杀菌加工技术，并应用于即食鲍鱼产品的加工中，解决了原有即食鲍鱼产品外形、口感、香气、颜色等不易控制的技术难题，建立了即食鲍鱼的生产技术体系，为开发其他海洋贝类即食产品奠定了良好的基础；首次采用自溶酶与外源酶复合的方法提取鲍鱼多糖，大大提高了多糖的提取率；采用酶法与Sevag法相结合的方法，有效地解决了脱除鲍鱼多糖中杂蛋白的难题，提高了多糖纯度，并保持了多糖活性，建立起了鲍鱼多糖的制备、分离、纯化、分析的技术体系，为开发其他海洋动物多糖提供了良好的借鉴。

To most fruit vinegar and grain vinegar, the scavenging effect on DPPH··are stronger than acetate, and acetic acid has some effective but is not functional, consequently it"s other ingredients that really played scavenging effect in the fermentation of vinegar.

本实验采用DPPH··乙醇溶液为氧化体系，研究北方产山楂、苹果、蜜橘、滩枣、猕猴桃、酥梨、桑椹、水柿、枸杞、仁用杏等数十种果品，以及玉米、高粱、小米、小麦、荞麦、薏米、黑米等数十种粮食作物为原料的液态发酵醋对自由基DPPH··的清除能力，结果发现经过酿造杀菌后的成品果醋及粮食醋对DPPH··的清除作用明显高于其相对应的酒醪；并且随着加入量的增加其清除率也逐渐增高，其中大多数果醋及粮食醋对DPPH··的清除作用均强于醋酸，发现醋酸对DPPH··虽然有一定的清除率但是作用不大，因此说明真正对DPPH··起到清除作用的还是发酵醋中的其他成分。
