This thesis demonstrates the pre-polymers in a polymer-dispersed cholesteric liquid crystals can be polymerized into a polymer film, which can eliminate the aligning capability of the homogeneous alignment layer. Thereafter, the textures of the cholesteric liquid crystals in UV-cured region can be changed from reflective planar texture to the scattered focal conic one. Additionally, the clearing temperature of the liquid crystals can be reduced by doping with chiral dopant or monomers. The cause is the increase of the impurity concentration in LCs. In other words, if the monomers are polymerized, the clearing temperature of LCs in that region should increase due to the decrease of the impurity concentration. Therefore, impurities associated with doping with monomeric and chiral dopants cause the clearing temperature of LCs in cured region to differ from that in uncured region.

本文中，我们提出在高分子聚合物薄膜之胆固醇液晶(polymer-dispersed cholesteric liquid crystals，简称PDCLCs)中，利用紫外光使PDCLC中的单体聚合成薄膜，此即为光引致聚合反应，而该薄膜将原本在表面所作的配向膜覆盖且破坏其配向能力，使胆固醇液晶由原本反射的planar结构转换成散射的focal conic结构；另外，有关液晶材料的相变温度会由於掺杂手性分子或单体而降低，此因液晶材料内『杂质』浓度增加，而造成的液晶材料之不纯度增加，最终导致相变温度降低，若搭配上述光引致聚合反应，则由於光照区之单体聚合，使该区域单体占总材料之比例下降，即不纯度降低，进而使液晶材料之相变温度上升，该区域之相变温度与未照光区有所不同。

Next, after analyzing the nets′relationship in three layer channel routing, setting up the objective function toward channel area minimization, we propose some new terms, for example, the withstand bound columns, valid complete cover net sets, TRACK valid routing, etc.. The conceptions and natures of static bound of nets, dynamic bound of unrouted net set and the lower bound value of the horizontal tracks are discussed; and the methods of calculating static bound, dynamic bound and lower bound are put forward.

文章接着分析了线网在三层通道区布线中的相互关系，为了以完成布线所需通道区面积最小化为目标解决三层通道区布线问题，提出了柱界列、完全有效覆盖线网集、TRACK有效布线等一些新的概念，讨论了三层通道区布线问题中线网定界、未布线网集动界和水平通道数Lower-Bound等概念和它们的性质，给出了定界、动界、Lower-Bound值的计算方法。

The results show that the surface layer of the air-exposed ZrVFe getter is covered with H20, CO2 and hydrocarbons, both Zr and V exist in the oxidized state, and vanadium oxide starts to reduce at 200℃. The activation results in the enrichment of Zr on the getter surface and the formation of the metallic carbides. H2O, CO2 and hydrocarbons sequentially desorb from the surface with the increase of temperature. H2 is the main gas which desorbs above 200℃ and O2 is not discovered. ZrO2 is reduced to near-metallic or metallic state because O in ZrO2 leaves the getter surface through diffusing into getter bulk.

结果表明：暴露于过大气的吸气剂表面覆盖着H2O、CO2及碳氢化合物等，Zr和V主要以氧化态存在；在吸气剂加热激活过程中，V的氧化物在200℃开始还原；激活过程导致表面近金属态Zr的富集以及部分金属碳化物的生成；随着温度的升高，H2O、CO2及碳氢化合物逐渐从吸气剂表面脱附，在200℃以上，主要脱附气体为H2，整个激活过程未发现O2；ZrO2还原为近金属态或金属态，主要是由于ZrO2中的O通过向吸气剂内部扩散而离开吸气剂表面所致。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. 供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
