目的 探讨软组织损伤颈、肩、腰、腿、肘、腕红外热像图的诊断价值。方法应用wp-95型红外热像仪，对221例常规军事训练1～5年的年轻干部及战士进行红外热像仪的全身检查，并与刚入伍未参加训练的新兵100例进行对照。结果 221例经红外热像图检查发现颈、肩、腰、肘、腕出现异常热像图的有180例，占81.45%；而100例新战士仅有6例颈、肩、腰、肘、腕出现异常热像图，占6.00%，两者比较差异有显著性（p＜0.05）。186例异常热像图受检者全部做x线摄片检查，x线摄片异常者仅28例，占15.05%，两者检查比较差异有显著性（p.05）。结论红外热像图对军事训练所致软组织损伤有其独特的异常热像图，为临床提供明确的诊断信息，正确的使用红外热像图，对保证部队广大指战员的健康水平有着重要作用。

In the experimental tectum, the expression of GFAP in the right SO was higher than the expression of GFAP in the left SO during 1d-60d after after optic nerve damage. The expression of GFAP in the right SO was familiar with the expression of GFAP in the left SO during 85d after optic nerve damage, but the expression of GFAP in SO in the experimental tectum was higher than that in the normal tectum. 分析膀胱过度充盈所致逼尿肌损伤，引起膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力良性前列腺增生48例患者的临床资料，包括诊断，尿动力学检查，治疗及随访结果。结果：37例经尿流动力学检查，诱发存在逼尿肌不稳定，伴膀胱内压达40 cmh2o以上，采取turp，术后留置膀胱造瘘管（1~8）周后全部拔除，排尿通畅。11膀胱内压始终未达到40 cmh2o，且在膀胱注水充盈过程中无逼尿肌不稳定出现，行膀胱造瘘后出院，（1~3）个月后经尿动力学检查复查膀胱逼尿肌收缩力，其中7例膀胱逼尿肌收缩功能有恢复，行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治愈；剩余4例膀胱逼尿肌收缩功能几乎无任何改善。长期留置膀胱造瘘治疗。结论：良性前列腺增生导致膀胱过度充盈所致逼尿肌损伤，引起膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力患者，术前应用尿流动力学检查对膀胱逼尿肌损伤程度进行认真分析，可进行有针对性的治疗。
