RESULTS: There were significant differences in capsular opacification occurrence rate and degree between group 1 and group 2. The difference was also associated with surgical methods and lens types.

结果：单纯摘除组与人工晶状体植入组，人工晶状体植入中，不同的手术方法及不同的人工晶状体类型其后囊膜混浊发生的频率及程度均存在较大差异。

Results (1) Lens epithelial cell apoptosis began before lens opaqueness (lens became opaque after 6 hours of incubation, while the lens epithelial cell apoptosis was detected after 3 hours of incubation);(2) Taurine could apparently inhibit H2O2-induced bovine lens epithelial cell apoptosis.

结果 晶状体上皮细胞凋亡发生于晶状体混浊之前；牛磺酸可明显抑制H2O2所致的牛晶状体上皮细胞凋亡。

Methods Advanced generation silicone IOL was implanted with injector in group A (102 eyes) and the PMMA IOL, implanted in group B (108 eyes) as the control. The changes of visual acuity, corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber flare, corneal edema, location of IOL, pos terior capsular opaqueness and other operation complications were observed.

HRP was coupled with the fluorochrome FITC and encapsulated with liposome . pEGFP-N1 plasmid (expressing green fluorescent protein) with encapsulation in commercially available liposome was prepared. The eyes were enucleated 1, 4 and 8 weeks after zonule rupture and anterior segments comprising lenses were incubated in medium containing one of these components. Cryo-sections were made and translocation of fluorescent macromolecule from the medium into the lens and green fluorescent protein expression in the epithelium were observed by fluorescent microscopy.

In the lens regeneration of Bufo raddei Strauch, The mRNA of Pax-6 gene expression was positive at 7 day, 30 day during lens regeneration. The gene of Pax-6 was positive during the different time of lens development and regeneration.
