Objective To evaluate intraocular dimensions of the anterior segment and examine decentration, tilt and anterior chamber depth of myopic phakic eyes after implantation of iris-fixated lenses. Methods Thirty-three myopic eyes that received a iris-fixated phakic intraocular lens were assessed.

目的 应用Pentacam术后追踪测量虹膜夹型有晶状体眼人工晶状体中央和周边部与角膜内皮和自然晶体之间的距离，倾斜度、偏心值以及前房深度的变化，评价其在前房的位置。

Ultrasound biomicroscopean d gonioscopy were used to observe the position of the IOL haptics and anterior cha mber angle structure in patient who developed secondary glaucoma postoperatively.

方法收集25例(27只眼)行带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术患者，分析手术疗效和并发症的发生情况，同时应用房角镜和超声生物显微镜观察术后发生继发性青光眼患者的房角结构和人工晶状体襻位置。

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。

Direct cycropexy was performed on each case, in addition, 39 cases were underwent combined surgery, including ECCE, ECCE+IOL, vitrectomy+lensectomy, vitrectomy+lensectomy +IOL, repair of partial iridodialysis.

全部患者均进行了睫状体复位手术，其中，39眼同时进行了联合手术，手术方式包括：单纯白内障摘出2.7%，白内障摘出+IOL植入0.9%，晶状体玻璃体切除23.4%，晶状体玻璃体切除+IOL4.5%。，虹膜修复3.6%。

The ocular accommodation has a great influence on refractive components. It is not only the process by which the refractive power of the lens is increased. But the lens itself moved forward relatively. The accumulation effects of accommodation induced by near-work is the main cause of myopia developed in children. The asymmetry of corneal surface was not only related to keratometer K1 and K2 , even the curvature within the same horizontal or vertical meridian was asymmetry.

调节本身不仅是传统意义上的睫状肌收缩和晶状体变凸，同时还伴有晶状体的相对前移；调节对眼的几乎所有屈光构成因素有着显著的影响，视近活动的累积效应是儿童近视眼发生的主要原因；角膜的非球面性不但表现为两个相互垂直子午线的曲率不等，即便是在同一垂直或水平径线上的屈光分布也是非对称的。

Methods 16 epithelials of lens anterior capsules of diabetic senile cataract were divided into two groups,15 were stained with HE and examined with light microscopy.1 was examined with transmissional electron microscope. The same examination in 16 epithelials of lens anterior capsule in senile cataract was carried out.

收集16例糖尿病患者的老年性白内障眼的晶状体前囊膜上皮分为两组，15例进行HE染色，光学显微镜观察，1例制片电镜观察；对照组取16例老年性白内障眼的晶状体前囊膜上皮分为3组，15例进行HE染色，光学显微镜观察，1例制片电镜观察。
