春黑麦

Is significantly higher than that of Chinese Spring generally recognized as having high crossability with rye.

新材料"J-11"比众所周知的高亲和性品系"中国春"具有明显更高的与黑麦的可杂交性。

CIMMYT synthetic hexaploid wheats were employed to cross with rye for evaluating the crossability of SHWs and screening SHWs with high crossability for distant cross. Great variation of the seed set percentage was observed among 102 SHWs ranged from 0% to 72.49%. Of 102 SHWs, 11 ones possessed the crossability higher than 50%, and one (YAR/Aegilops tauschii 518) had a similar crossability as Chinese Spring.

利用102份从CIMMYT引进的人工合成六倍体小麦与黑麦杂交，分析了人工合成六倍体小麦的可杂交性，结果表明：人工合成小麦的可杂交能力变异很大，从0%~72.49%；其中有11份人工合成小麦的可杂交率超过50%以上，1份人工合成小麦YAR/Aegilops tauschii 518的杂交结实率达到72.49%，与中国春相似。

It was also found that the chromosomes paired well and formed a rod heteromorphic bivalent in the hybrid F1[73(36)9-1×CSDT 1BL]. Whereas 73(36)9-1 produced mainly configuration of 20''+1'+t' when test-crossed with CSDT 1BS. It showed that the translocation occurred on chromosome 1B short arm, and this segment came from rye chromosome 1RL. In the present paper we discussed also the way in which the translocation might be caused, and concluded that it was formed through reunion of two kind telocentrica (1BL and 1RL) after simultaneous misdivision of two univalent chromosomes (a wheat chromosome 1B, and a rye 1R).

同时还发现，73（36）9-1和"中国春"双端体的1BL能很好地配对并形成一个棒状的异形二价体，而它和CSDT 1BS的染色体则主要产生20+1′+t′的构型，从而证明易位发生的可能途径，推断是由于在F1花粉母细胞中的两个单价体（一个是小麦染色体1B，一个是黑麦染色体1R）同时进行错分裂之后产生的两种端着丝点染色体（1BL和1RL）重新并合形成的，因而冬小麦73（36）9-1可能是一个自发产生的易位系。

From the test about verbalization days, it is clear that the proper verbalization days of triticale is 30d, while that of wheat is 40d.

从春化试验明确了小黑麦最适春化天数为30d，而普通小麦为40d，对春化反应的敏感性不及普通冬小麦。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
