Results In 11 cases,5 cases were intracranial,and 6 cases intravertebral canal.MRI could effectively show similarly shuttle or long-round shape's abnormal signal imaging.The T1W imaging showed uniformity or asymmetric and low or equal signal.The borders were slighty low or equal signal intensity,some had spetum.The T2W imaging showed obviously high signal,and a few cases showed slightly high or equal signal,while the borders showed slightly low or equal signal imaging.The thin peripheral could be obviously enhanced,but without inner enhancement.

结果 11例中发生于颅内5例，椎管内6例，其 MRI 表现：断面上显示为在颅板下或椎管内的梭形或长圆形异常信号影， T1WI 上表现为均匀或不均匀的低、略低或等信号影，周边为略低或等信号的较厚边缘，少部分（2例）有分隔； T2WI 上多表现为较明显的高信号，少数呈等、略高信号，并可见略低或等信号的边缘；增强扫描病灶边缘明显强化，其内无明显强化或不强化，1例病灶呈较均匀的强化，1例病灶部分呈片状强化。

Results The main CT finds were as follow:①Bilaterial margins of the lesion were perpendicular to pleura with a straight cut edge presenting a square sign;②The density at the central area,some-times presenting a halo-like apperance;③Irre-gular or spiculate margins with illdefined outline could be seen;④There was extensive pleural thickening involving interlobar fissure as a response to inflamation;⑤There were small patches of slightly high density and intensified vascular markings surrounding the lesions;⑥After short-term anti-inflam-matory therrapy,most lesions were obviously reduced in size.

结果 26例球形肺炎的主要CT表现为：①邻近胸膜病变两侧缘垂直于胸膜呈刀切样平直边缘，病变呈方形；②病变中央密度高，边缘密度低，显示晕圈状改变；③病变边缘可不规则，有锯齿状改变且较模糊；④周围胸膜反应显著，有较广泛增厚；⑤病变周围血管纹理增多、增粗、扭曲，但无僵直和受牵拉；⑥抗炎治疗后病变明显吸收缩小。

Results IPS Empress2 was same as IPS Empress1 in color and shape of prostheses,margin sealing and second caries of a butments,IPS Empress2 was better than IPS Empress1 in fracture of prostheses sig nificantly (P＜0.05),IPS Empress2 all-ceramic bridges was better than po rcelain bridges with gold alloy in color of prostheses (P＜0.05),it was same as porcelain bridges with gold alloy in fracture of prostheses and shape of prostheses,margin sealing second caries of abutments.
