Methods combined treatment with psychology, surgery and traditional chinese medicine was applied to 80 senile patients with femoral fracture by earthquake.results the incision healing of the 80 cases reached i/a; cr showed good reduction of the fracture after operation; no bedsore and deep vein thrombosis occurred; no hip and knee anchylosis and no limb muscular atrophy were found; functional restoration advanced obviously.conclusions it is effective and necessary to provide combined treatment to senile patients with femoral fracture by earthquake.

对80例高龄股骨骨折患者采用心里、手术、中药、跨学科的康复综合治疗对治疗结果进行分析，总结经验。结果 80例患者手术后切口ⅰ/甲，cr片骨折对位对线好，无褥疮及下肢深静脉血栓形成，髋膝关节无僵硬、肢体肌肉无萎缩，功能康复明显提前。结论对地震伤高龄股骨骨折患者采取心里、手术、中药、跨学科的康复综合治疗是必须的，可行的。地震伤；高龄骨折；治疗

结果：LPS持续灌注3h后，结果如下：1）高代谢脓毒症组的心率升高至334.0次/min、体温升高至41.0℃，而对照组则分别为274.9次/min和38.2℃，两组间有显著的统计学差异，p=0.000；血压在高代谢脓毒症组是97.1mmHg，而对照组为95.9mmHg，两组间无统计学差异；脓毒症组的呼吸加快至94.3次/min，对照组则提高至76.4次/min，两组间无统计学差异(p=0.212)；2）其血浆内毒素含量为0.088EU/ml，而对照组为0.013 EU/ml，两组间有显著的统计学差异，p=0.002；3）血中性粒白细胞比值升高至82.73%，对照组则为64.39%，两组间有显著的统计学差异（P=0.001）；白细胞总数则明显下降至1.90×109/ml，而对照组则为7.58×109/ml，p=0.001，两组间有显著的统计学差异；两组间的红细胞数及血细胞比容均无统计学差异。

主要研究结果如下：(1)以棉花无蜜腺品种97014与有蜜腺棉花遗传标准系TM-1为材料，进行形态学比较研究，结果表明棉花无蜜腺品种97014叶片中脉、花萼和苞叶上都缺少蜜腺，成熟叶片叶脉、花萼和苞叶上均无蜂窝状凹陷；组织与细胞切片观察发现，97014缺少蜜腺组织结构，在蜜腺着生处为排列整齐的薄壁细胞，且在下表皮看不到凹陷的组织结构和褐色的蜜腺分泌物。

In this dissertation, many works have been done on the basis of the summarization of the merits of all kinds of meshless methods after a large number of relevant references are read and studied. The basic ideas, principles of meshless methods and their development in the recent years are introduced synoptically. Applications of Element-free Galerkin method in elastic foundation plate are studied deeply and some useful conclusions are obtained as follows:(1) Comparisons between numerical solutions and analytical solutions for several different styles of weight functions, including Gaussian weight function, spline weight function and singular weight function etc, are performed. The results show that Gaussian weight function is the best one.(2) Ranges of relevant parameters for Gaussian weight function are given.(3) Influences of nodal distribution schemes and the number of Gaussian integrated dots on computational results are discussed.

在本文中，作者在认真阅读和研究所搜集到的大量参考文献、综合各种无网格法优点的基础上，首先，对无网格法的基本思想、基本原理、发展现状作了概括性的介绍；其次，对无单元Galerkin法在弹性地基板计算中的应用进行了较为深入的探讨：(1)分别对高斯型、样条型、奇异型等不同形式的权函数进行比较分析，数值计算结果与级数解析解的比较表明，高斯型权函数效果较好：(2)对高斯型权函数进行参数研究，得到地基板计算中相关参数的选取范围；(3)对不同节点分布方案和不同高斯积分对计算结果的影响等作了有益的讨论。

Results:Biochemical indicators: the concentrations of K+, Na+ and Cl－ in the serum after the infusion are different with those before the infusion; other indicators don't have the significant difference. The mean infusion time of group A is longer than that of group B (p=0.006), while the dosis letalis of KCl doesn't have significant difference between groups (p=0.062); the concentrations of K+ in blood, Na+, Mg2+ and Cl－ in serum have the significant difference between groups; the urine volume and the concentrations of all the urine electrolyte indicators don't have the statistical significant difference between groups.

结果：生化指标：输入钾前后，家兔血清钾离子浓度升高，钠、钙及氯离子浓度降低，具有统计学显著性差异，p=0.000；全血钾及血清其他离子浓度变化，以p=0.05为标准，不具有统计学显著性差异。A、B两组间比较结果：A组输液致死时间长于B组(p=0.006)，致死输钾量无统计学显著性差异(p=0.062)；全血钾、血清钠、镁及氯离子浓度变化值具有显著差异，血清钾、钙、碳酸氢根离子浓度变化值无明显的差异；尿量和尿液各电解质浓度指标无统计学显著性差异。

Results:①All gallstones type Ⅰ and Ⅳ in animal models were dissolved quickly, however, MTBE showed somewhat toxicity in inhibiting CNS, so that the dose of MTBE should be controlled precisely.②No abnormal change of liver and renal functions of dogs were found before and after operations.③Choloecyst pathological sections of gallbladder suggested that no evident of damage and inflammation of gallbladder was of found. Hemopexis with reversible histological change was observed in hepatic sinusoid and centeral vein short time after administation of MTBE.

结果：①动物模型的Ⅰ、Ⅳ型结石均全部迅速溶解，但MTBE有一定毒性，其对中枢神经系统有一定的抑制作用，应用时须严格掌握单位时间内的灌注剂量及总量(控制在60ml左右)；②实验犬实验前后的肝、肾功能检查无异常；③病理检查结果提示MTBE对胆囊组织无明显损伤，无严重炎性反应，给药后短期内肝窦和中央静脉有凝血现象，但其组织学变化是可逆的。

The interaction between 4ac and others compositions was not detected by DSC. The peak position of 4ac in DSC did not changed comparing 4ac with 4ac-PLA-NP lyophilize injection. Thc X-ray result showed that the peak of 4ac-PLA-NP was piled up between 4ac and other compositions.

The EAG results showed that no significant difference between female and male S.bifasciatus.The EAG responses of S.bifasciatus to 3-Carene,Limonene,Terpinene and Thujopsene were increased with the concentration respecitively within the range of 1/1000-1/10.The results of "Y" tube olfactory bioassay showed the pests can be attracted by 1/100 Limonene,3-Carene and Thujopsene.Original and 1/10 Terpinene was the best. In addition,the extracts of A2 and D1 also caused positive attraction to S.bifasciatus,while the extracts by SE and SDE were non-attractive.

Data indicate that wetting property of self-bonding fiberboard is better than MDF, that wetting property of sanded surface of self-bonding fiberboard made with Method I is inferior to that of unsanded fiberboard, but opposite results to the comparison between sanded surface of self-bonding fiberboard made with Method II and unsanded surface, and that self-bonding fiberboard without waterproof agent has better wetting property than that with waterproof agent.

结果表明：(1)无胶木材纤维纤维板的润湿性比中密度纤维板好；(2)利用无胶纤维板工艺1制作的无胶板砂磨表面的润湿性比未砂磨表面润湿性差，但用无胶纤维板工艺2制作的无胶纤维板的砂磨表面润湿性比朱砂表面润湿性好；(3)未加防水剂的无胶纤维板的表面润湿性比加防水剂的无胶纤维板的润湿性好。
