The corrosion resistance of nanocrystalline nickel wascompared with that of Watt nickel and polycrystalline nickel plate in thesolution of NaCl and HCl by the methods of static soak and polar anodicpolarization curve and the mechanism of corrosion was analyzed. Themechanical property of nano- crystalline nickel was evaluated by macroscopictension and the microscopic process of deformation and fracture was observedby in-situ tension test under TEM.

在此基础上，采用差热分析、XRD 及 TEM 等手段研究纳米晶体镍的热稳定性；利用静态浸泡、阳极极化曲线等方法研究纳米晶体镍的耐蚀性能；采用宏观拉伸的方法考察了纳米晶体镍的力学性能，并用 TEM 原位拉伸法观察纳米晶体镍形变与断裂过程的微观过程。

And then some problems existing in present groundwater dating are discussed. Finally, the trend of study of groundwater radioisotope dating methods and the urgent problems which should be strengthened are pointed out.

Research on the Design Method for Restrainers Based on the factors effected the usage of restrainers, the design methods for the restrainers in use are analyzed, and a new design method is put forward based on response spectrum method. The method is tested with time history analysis. According to the design idea of unseating prevention devices, the static-based approach for restrainer devices is suggested.

5限位器设计方法研究在了解和分析影响限位器作用效果的各种因素的基础上，对现有限位器设计方法的优劣进行对比，提出了基于反应谱法的应用范围更广泛的限位器的实际计算方法，并采用非线性动力时程分析对计算结果进行了验证；参照连梁装置的设计思想，提出了常用的锚固限位器和限位挡块的静力设计方法。

Objective: To investigate the effects of sulindac on the growth and motility of ovarian cancer cell SKOV3 and its involved mechanism. Methods: In order to detect the effects of sulindac on cultured SKOV3, sulindac with different concentration and untreated control were set up. The changes in morphology of SKOV3 were observed by phase contrast microscopy. MTT colorimetric assay was used to study the effects of sulindac on SKOV3 cell growth. Motility of SKOV3 was determined by scarification assay.
