Porphyridium cruentum were treated with some antibiotics which were used as genetic selected marks in genetic engineering. The results showed that the algae cells could resist high concentration of Penicillin,Streptomycin,Gentamicin and Kanamycin, without any influence at the dose below 100 u/mL of which can kill bacterium adhere to the algae cells . These antibiotics can be used to repress bacterium in purifying algae strain.Porphyridium cruentum is high sensitive to Erythromycin,Terramycin and Ofloxacin....

研究了基因工程中常用抗生素标记对紫球藻的生物学效应，结果表明紫球藻对青霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素以及卡那霉素较不敏感，剂量在100u/mL以下对其生长无显著影响，但能抑制或杀灭伴生的杂菌，因此这些抗生素可用于藻种纯化过程中抑菌；紫球藻对红霉素、氧氟沙星和土霉素非常敏感，低质量浓度就能杀死藻细胞，可用作基因工程或遗传育种的抗药性选择标记；对四环素和氯霉素较为敏感，明显抑制细胞生长，并呈浓度梯度效应。

The results are as follows:(1) The relative spectrum sensitivity of the two kinds of compound eyes were similar, both were most sensitive to wavelength of 562nm, and also sensitive to wavelength of 400nm、483nm;(2) The absolute sensitivity curves to these three kinds of sensitive light of the two kinds of compound eyes were similar, all increase with the increment of luminance strength, but the compound eyes of corn borer had stronger response to wavelength of 562nm and 483nm;(3) The two kinds of compound eyes showed similar absolute sensitivity curves to white light, however, showed different sensitivity to light at different time or under different adaptative state.

结果如下：（1）二者具有相似的光谱反应曲线，均对562nm的光最敏感，另外对400nm、483nm光也较敏感；（2）二者对这三种敏感光的光强度曲线近似，在一定范围内均近似线性递增，但玉米螟复眼ERG在562nm和483nm下具有更高的反应幅度；（3）二者对白光的光强度曲线也近似，但随复眼适应状态及测试时间的不同，表现出不同的光敏感性。

Fluorescent instruments.the colonies of the specimens yielding growth were identified by the vitek32 instruments and kb method was used for the drug sensitivity tests.results three hundred and thirtyone bacteria strains were isolated from a total of 3104 blood culture specimens,with a positive rate of 10.7%.of the identified bacteria,g+ cocci accounted for 50.3%,g-bacilli accounted for 44.7%,fungi accounted for 3.0%,and anaerobian accounted for 1.1%.the susceptibility rates of g-bacilli to imipenem,amikacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam were high.the susceptibility rate of g+ cocci to vancomycin and imipenem were also high.conclusion g+ cocci prevail over g-bacilli in the blood specimens.the staphylococci are the chief bacteria in the childrens blood specimens.both g+ cocci and g-bacilli are sensitive to imipenem.

结果 在3 104份血液培养标本中分离出病原菌331株，阳性检出率为10.7%。病原菌以革兰阳性需氧球菌居首位（50.3%），革兰阴性需氧杆菌次之（44.7%），真菌占3.0%，厌氧菌占1.1%。血液培养中的g+球菌对万古霉素和亚胺培南较为敏感，g-杆菌对亚胺培南、舒普深、丁胺卡那较为敏感。结论血液培养病原菌以g+球菌为主，g-杆菌次之；儿童血液培养病原菌以葡萄球菌属为主；亚胺培南对g+球菌和g-杆菌均具有较高的敏感率。

The light sensitivity type includes Celtis julianae 'Aurea', Gleditsia triacanthos 'Sunburst', Sophora japonica 'Aurea', Physocarpus opulifolius 'Aurea', Cornus alba 'Aurea', Ligustrum lucidum 'Aurea', Spiraea×bumalda'Goldmound', Berberis thunbergii 'Aurea', and the light high-sensitivity type includes Sambucus glauca 'Aurea', Caryopteris×Clandonensis 'Worcester Gold', Forsythia koreana 'Suwon Gold'.

光强不敏感型的有金叶红薯，金叶绿萝，二者均起源于热带；光强敏感型的有金叶珊瑚朴，金叶皂荚，金叶国槐，金叶风箱果，金叶红瑞木，金叶女贞，金山绣线菊，金叶小檗，绝大多数起源于暖温带；光强高度敏感型的有金叶接骨木，金叶莸，金叶连翘，起源于温带。

Under a fixed model of chromospheric flare, we investigate the influences of Hα and CaIIK line profilles on various velocity distributions from semiempirical view. The results show that: Hα line is very sensitive to the velocity in upper chromosphere; the profile of CaIIK line have responses to velocity in any layer of chromosphere, but the degree of CaIIK line asymmetry is much weaker than that of Hα and can be ignored if velocity is as small as 10km/s; chromospheric condensation in lower part of transition region have strong influence on Hα line but contrary to CaIIK line, the typical characteristic of H line effected by chromospheric condensation in transition region is reversed blue asymmetry, i.e. the intensity of blue peak is stronger than that of red peak; the stronger the chromosphoric condensation is, the more obvious the Hα line asymmetry appears; and so on.

The results showed that germinative energy was more sensitive to alkaline stress than germination rate,RL was more sensitive to alkaline stress than SH and RN,early seedling stage was more sensitive to alkaline stress than germination period.
