The Ca2+ salt solution as a new regenerant was presented in this paper. The influences of the calcium salt proportioning, temperature, dosage and flow rate on anion exchange fiber regeneration were studied. High regeneration can be obtained with 0.5 mol/L CaCl2+8 g/L CaO+6.5 °Bx sucrose solution at 70～80 ℃, the dosage of the Ca2+ salt solution was about half of the raw decoloring syrup, the regenerant flow rate should be lower than that of the raw decoloring syrup. It was shown that stable decolorization rate and lower decline in exchange capacity could be achieved with the new regenerant. It performed more effectively than the traditional sodium salt regenerant with less discharge of waste water.

选用二价钙离子蔗糖溶液为再生剂，再生蔗糖脱色后的强碱性阴离子交换纤维，研究了再生液的配比、再生温度、再生液用量、再生液流速等因素对再生效果的影响，结果表明配比为0.5 mol/L CaCl2+8 g/L CaO+6.5 °Bx蔗糖的再生液在70～80℃温度下，再生剂的用量约为脱色糖汁的一半，流速应低于脱色时的流速时，再生效果优于传统的钠盐再生剂的再生效果，重复再生后的纤维脱色率能保持稳定，交换容量下降少，且再生液能回收利用，废水排放量小，是一种环保型再生液。

All emergence index were higher markedly than control group (P.05), besides, the shrimp larvae showed high quality anduniformity, the amount of "OK" brand that was used in every group during cultivation was 48.34%,58.50%,48.81%,and 49.5% less than that of "Bonasse" brand, however, the former had the better larval nursery effect than the latter obviously. The results show that 60Co-γ ray radiation has the most remarkable effect on the degradation of organophosphorus pesticides such as fenitrothion, parathion, methyl-parathion, phorate and chlorpyrifos and the maximum degradation rates are over 85%. The degradation rates of methamidophos, acephate, malathion ,dimethoate are slightly inferior to them and the optimum degradation rates is just only 34.70%. At the same time, the contents of soluble total sugars, glucose, fructose, sucrose and total sugars in apple juice decrease unconspicuously, but the total acid content in apple juice and its color value and clarity increase. Based on a comprehensive consideration of the 60Co-γ radiation effect on the actual degradation of organophosphorus pesticides in apple juice and its main chemical and physical indexes, organophosphorous pesticides residue will be decreased to a lower level with radiation dose of about 5 kGy but the main chemical and physical indexes of export apple juice can not be affected.

结果表明： 60Co-γ射线辐照处理对苹果汁中杀螟硫磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、甲拌磷、毒死蜱降解效果最为显著，最高降解率均在85%以上；对苹果汁中甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、马拉硫磷和乐果的降解效果不显著，最高降解率仅为35%；在0～9 kGy辐照剂量范围内降解苹果汁中有机磷农药的同时，会使苹果汁中的可溶性固形物、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖及总糖含量轻微降低，苹果汁的总酸度有所增加，苹果汁的色值及透光率提高；综合分析60Co-γ射线辐照对苹果汁中有机磷农药的实际降解效果及对苹果汁主要理化指标的影响，选用5 kGy的辐照剂量已完全使苹果汁中的有机磷农药残留降低到一个很低的水平，又不会对苹果汁出口主要理化指标造成影响。

Three primer pairs located in psbA~trnK, psbB~psbH and trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU regions were applied in phylogenetic analysis according to Maximum parsimony and Neighbor-joining methods. The consistent results between the phylogenetic analysis and taxonomy indicated the application potential of the three primer pairs in phylogenetic analysis and species identification. However, due to no sequence variation observed in amplified regions between two vegetable soybean varieties (KS5 and KS8), two cowpea subspecies (Vigna unguiculata ssp. cylindrica and Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis), and among three rice varieties (TNG67, TK9, and TCS10), the three primer pairs are not effective in identifying variation within species.

选择其中三组引子对(基因体位置为psbA~trnK、psbB~psbH及trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU)增幅片段之序列进行亲缘分析，以最大简约法及邻接法之分群结果皆与目前植物分类相符，故三组引子对在物种间亲缘关系分析及物种鉴定上都有不错的效果，位於psbA~trnK及psbB~psbH之引子对效果尤佳，但是三组引子对在物种内变异的辨识效果不甚理想，在两个毛豆品种间(高雄5号与高雄8号)、两个豇豆亚种间及三个水稻品种间(台农67号、台稉9号与台中秈10号)的增幅片段没有明显差异存在。

Compared of the efficiency of treating heavy metals in FGD wastewater with NaOH, Ca_2 and Mg_2. It indicated that NaOH was much efficient for precipitated waste water; Ca_2 was much efficient for unprecipitated waste water, the removal efficiency reached 98.4%. With the increasing of the main ion of Ca~2+, Cl~- in FGD wastewater, the efficiency decreased. It decreased 60% for the removing of Mn and 10% for Zn, Cd and Ni. The rectification coefficient token the Ksp of practical wastewater because it quite different with theoretic Ksp at different pH; the theoretic and practice addition were proportioned and it commonly reached 1:300.The precipitation efficiency of Na2S at different pH and the effect of Ca2+ was determined.

比较了NaOH、Ca_2和Mg_2处理脱硫废水时重金属的去除效果，分析了Ca~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)和Cl~-等主要离子的影响，结果表明：NaOH和Ca_2能有效处理脱硫废水中的重金属；对澄清废水而言，NaOH效果较好，对于未澄清废水而言，Ca_2效果更好，但去除废水中重金属的效率都能达到98.4%；随着Ca~(2+)、Cl~-等主要离子浓度的增大，中和作用去除重金属的效率降低，Mn最大降低60%，Zn，Cd，Ni降低10%左右；实际重金属浓度和用理论Ksp计算所得值差别很大，通过校正系数能有效计算实际重金属浓度；实现相同pH时氢氧化物的理论和实际投加量成一定比例，最大可达1：500。
