This paper analyses the usage of LGK series of air plasma arc cutting machine,and enumerates the causes and solutions of striking arc,main circuit,gas path and cutting torch breakdown.

分析了LGK系列空气等离子弧切割机的使用方法，例举了其引弧故障、主电路故障、气路故障、割枪故障产生的原因和解决方法。

First,the maximum likelihood decoding theory is adopted to correct the aberrated alarm.Toovercome the drawbacks of traditional models based on Petri nets,a new diagnostic modelbased on the elementary net is built.Then correct alarms are fed into the new model tocarry out the diagnosis process.

首先采用最大似然译码原理对监测到的信号进行信息校正，然后针对现有Petri网故障诊断模型难以准确模拟实际故障清除过程的问题，建立了基于基本网理论的故障诊断模型，并利用编码基本网理论对无畸变的信号进行故障诊断。

On the basis of getting the true and reliable monitoring datum, the methods of diagnosis algorithm based on state predicting are also discussed in this paper. A method based on BP artificial neural network is presented. A diagnosis model is also designed and emulated. The results of the emulations show that the algorithm is obviously better than that of the traditional three-ratio method, and the algorithm can accurately makes good judgments on the faults base on qualitative and quantitative analysis.

在获得真实可靠的监测数据的基础上，还进行了运行状态预测的故障诊断方法的探讨，提出了基于BP神经网络的故障诊断方法，建立了一个诊断模型，并对该模型进行了仿真，仿真结果表明该算法明显优于传统IEC三比值法等故障诊断方法，能够比较准确地定性和定量地对故障做出判断，为电力运营部门提供有用的决策依据。

By analyzing the failure form and failure character of sliding bearing, By utilizing tempture change and component of lubricating oil in import and export, point out a new method for distinguishing failure. This method is simple and feasible, especially it is adequate for early stage in failure diagnosis.

从上面的显示故障现象来看，笔者估计该故障现象多半是显像管附属的工作电路发生了损坏，因为显像管的聚焦极电压十分容易发生类似上面的故障现象，引起这种故障现象的原因主要是显示器工作时间一长，那么显像管的聚焦极插孔附近很容易附着不少灰尘，这些灰尘遇到潮湿的空气后容易导致显像管的聚焦极插孔接触性能大大下降，那么一来显像管的聚焦极电压自然就会受到影响而下降下来，这样的话显示器也就容易出现聚焦性能不好、图象显示比较模糊的现象了。
