Pot experiment was used to study the effects of four amendments (calcium-magnesium phosphate, sepiolite, calcium carbonate and organic manure) on the growth and heavy metal accumulation characters of Juncus effuses grown on the soil contaminated by lead/zinc mine tailings .

通过盆栽试验研究了铅锌尾矿污染土壤上施用钙镁磷肥、海泡石、碳酸钙和有机肥等4种改良剂对灯心草生长发育和产量以及重金属元素Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn积累特性的影响，并分析了施用改良剂后土壤pH值和土壤中有效态重金属含量的变化。

The experimental result shows that after reclaiming the tailings with garbage fertilizer, Leucaena leucocephala Dewit. can grow well on the tin-zinc tailings pond while it is restricted in the tailings ponds without any reclamation; the contents of As, Pb and Zn in Leucaena leucocephala Dewit. are not high, only a little above those in normal plants.

试验结果表明：在用垃圾肥对尾砂进行改良之后，银合欢能在锡锌尾砂库上较好地生长，而在未经过任何改良的纯尾砂库上则明显受到抑制；银合欢不同组织中的As、Pb、Zn含量均不高，仅略高於一般植物的背景值。

METHODS: Olfactory bulb was sterilely collected from rats, digested, and centrifuged. After removal of the supernatant, the olfactory bulb was resuspended with DMEM/F-12 medium containing 0.2 volume fraction of fetal bovine serum. In this thesis, we have proposed the algorithms of performing of three improving types, can improve the efficiency of prospecting of the unusual fluctuation database , so the improvement type of a thesis performs algorithms and will not need to rescan the whole database each time when there are newly-increased materials, the majority only needs to scan the newly-increased trade materials, in order to improve the efficiency of prospecting.

在本论文中，我们提出了三个改良式的演算法，第一个为Apriori演算法来动态探勘，其二为使用布林演算法为基础进行动态探勘，最后为以布林运算为基础之FP-tree的动态探勘，可以提升异动资料库的探勘效率，因为在过去的资料探勘技术中，在探勘关联规则的过程中，若有新增或删除交易资料时，则必须重新计算一次，将造成前次探勘计算的重复及资源的浪费，所以本论文的改良式演算法当有新增资料时将不用每次都要重新扫描整个资料库，绝大部分只需要扫描新增的交易资料，以提升探勘效率。

对49例先天性单侧唇裂应用改良的Millard法修复：改良Ⅰ式不在患侧鼻孔下方作切口，减少了瘢痕形成；利用患侧干燥红唇组织重建健侧唇弓部分的红唇欠缺；利用小瓣&L&、&M&连同唇颊黏膜瓣来参与闭合梨状缘附近的伤口促进愈合；松解患侧鼻翼外侧脚及鼻腔内作松弛切口重建前鼻孔；灵活掌握&5～x&的返切和&C&瓣的旋转推进方向来延长唇高。
