in this paper,the stealthy target′s millimeter wave radiation character is studied.the millimeter wave attenuation induced by sea fog is analyzed.and the detecting capability of the ground-based passive millimeter wave radiometry arrays is discussed.according to one dimension 32 channel 8 mm radiometry arrays detecting stealth target,we have a simulation.the results of the simulation show that it is an efficient way in the thick sea fog condition.

摘 要：研究了空中隐身目标的毫米波辐射特性，分析了浓海雾对毫米波辐射信号的衰减，并对无源毫米波辐射计阵列探测热辐射源的性能进行了分析。在理论建模的基础上针对一维32通道8 mm辐射计阵列探测空中隐身目标进行了仿真实验，结果表明毫米波辐射计阵列在浓海雾气候条件下探测空中隐身目标是一种非常有效的手段。

In order to extract the hierarchical and the narrative structure of news videos, the thesis puts forwards some low-level news video structure mining methods, including the shot detection method based on background tracking, the anchorperson shot detection method called AnchorClu and the news story detection method called SATS, which fuses multi-features.

Results One case of 226 Hz tympanograms was type "As" while others were all type "A", of which single-peaked tympanograms was 43.2%(108/250), W-shaped tympanograms was 56.8%(142/250). The abnormal pattern of 678 Hz tympanograms were 74 ears, and the abnormal pattern of 1000 Hz tympanograms were 35 ears. 43 newborns (86 ears) have accepted temporale CT and results showed 30 middle ears with effusion.
