A set of recombinant inbred lines population including 195 lines derived from a cross of Zhenshan 97B and IRAT109 was used for correlation analysis and QTL identification for coleoptile length and drought resistance index.

对由水稻品种珍汕97B和旱稻品种IRAT109构建的重组自交系195个株系的胚芽鞘长度及抗旱系数的研究表明，水分胁迫下水稻重组自交系群体的胚芽鞘长度与抗旱系数的相关系数为0。

Applying "Method of Coleoptile Length" under five different PEG6000 concentrations(0、15%、20%、25%、30%),the study on 7 triticum aestivum varieties with different early draught-resistance by germination experiment inside room was carried on.

通过室内发芽实验，应用"胚芽鞘长度法"以PEG6000五个浓度处理(0、15%、20%、25%、30%)，对7个抗旱性不同的冬小麦进行了萌芽期抗旱性影响的初步研究。

The levels of drought tolerance and nucleotide polymorphism at CBF4 locus in a worldwide sample of 17 core accessions of Arabidopsis thaliana were examined. The results showed that different accessions had quite difference in adaptation to drought stress.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides.
