Results 10 cases of PEP occurred after laparoscopic surgery,and 5 happened at laparotomy. 3 cases after salpingectomy,and 12 after after conservative operation of tubal pregnancy.

Mean operating time was 40 minutes (range, 30-90 minutes), and mean hospital stay was eight hours (range, 6-48 hours). Penetrate into the affections of human immune functions by above three kinds of cure pattern, gasless hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery had obvious difference with the others on blood lymphocytes, immune function of erythrocytes RC3bRR, RICR, RFER, RFIR, IL-6、C-reactive protein and so on.

深入研究三种术式对人体免疫功能的影响，非气腹手助腹腔镜手术在外周血T淋巴细胞亚群数量和分类的变化、RC3bRR(红细胞Ⅰ型补体受体花环率)和RICR、RFER和RFIR、血浆IL-6、CRP等急性反应指标含量分析均有明显差异。

Results Microscopically, AM was characterized by hypercellularity, high karyoplasma ratio, prominent macronucleoli, strange heterokaryocyte and tiny focal necrosis. Of 11 cases, recurrence was noted in three, and one transformed into anaplastic meningioma and died 1 year after reoperation.

结果 AM光镜下瘤细胞密度增大，核浆比例增高，核仁明显，多伴有奇异核细胞出现和微小坏死灶。11例AM病人中，3例复发，1例复发后转变为间变性脑膜瘤，再次手术后1年死亡。
