Abstract］ Objective To investigate the best surgical methods of chronic dacryocystitis and complications.

目的 探讨慢性泪囊炎及其并发症的最有效的手术治疗方法方法瞻性回顾分析27例27眼具有不同并发症的慢性泪囊炎行联合手术的相关临床资料。

Methods During 2005~2007 years used dacryocystorhinostomy to treat chronic dacryocystitis patients 34 examples.

2005年11月至2007年3月采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术及术后植入泪道引流管治疗慢性泪囊炎患者34例。

METHODS: Forty-six patients (52 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis underwent intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy.

慢性泪囊炎是眼科的一种常见疾病，其主要症状为泪溢及流脓，以女性及农村患者为多，传统的疗法为泪囊鼻腔吻合术。

Objective To discuss the combined method to treat chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 19 patients was treated with dacryocystorhinostomy, then washed with mitomycin C and injected with methylcellulose.The silicon intubation was keeped.Results After treatment, 68.42% was recovered.

Methods 693 eyes in 603 cases with obstructive diseases of lacrmal passage,including obstruction of lacrimal puncta (23 eyes), lacrimal duct (192 eyes), nasolacrimal duct (227 eyes), chronic dacryocystitis (231 eyes), and traumatic laceration of lacrimal canaliculus (20 eyes), were treated by lacrimal plastic operation with Nd∶YAG laster and the therapeutic effects were compared among the groups.

方法采用掺钕钇铝石榴石激光泪道成形术治疗603例(693只眼)阻塞性泪道疾病患者，按泪道阻塞的部位分为泪小点阻塞(23只眼)、泪小管阻塞(192只眼)、鼻泪管阻塞(227只眼)、慢性泪囊炎(231只眼)及外伤性泪小管离断(20只眼)5组，术后定期冲洗泪道，平均随访1.5年，将各组疗效进行对比分析。

Results:22 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, and all the dissociated edges being sharp, including 9 cases involving tear gland, 7 cases surrounding the eyeball, 2 cases showing the optic nerve and extraocular muscles thicken, and 4 cases showing several extraocular muscles diffuse thicken.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。

Results: 22 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, and all the dissociated edges being sharp, including 9 cases involving tear gland, 7 cases surrounding the eyeball, 2 cases showing the optic nerve and extraocular muscles thicken, and 4 cases showing several extraocular muscles diffuse thicken. 4 cases were granulomatous inflammation filling up the orbit with soft tissue. One case was the chronic inflammation of the lacrimal sac showing a cystoid lump in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was the chronic inflammation around the lacrimal sac showing a small lump with a low denstiy in its center in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was orbital cellulitis showing the density of the right part in the orbit outside the eyeball becoming higher, and having not a edge.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. 供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
