The results were as follows, the total cultivated area of Liaoning province has declining tendency in recent 26 years, the total grain yield and the grain yield per unit area increased in "wave" style; the grain yield per unit area and total planting area had the great effect on total grain yield, and the effect of yield per unit area on total grain yield is bigger than that of planting areas; the yield and the planting area of different crops also affected total grain yield greatly, and maize, rice, durra, wheat affect the total grain yield by grain yield per unit area, while millet, maize, wheat affect the total grain yield through planting area changing.

得出如下结论，辽宁省近26年粮食总播种面积呈下降趋势，粮食总产量和平均单产受气候条件影响呈波动式增加；粮食总播种面积和平均单产均显著影响着粮食总产量的变化，并且粮食平均单产的变化对总产的影响要大于粮食播种面积的影响；各种作物的产量和播种面积变化都影响粮食总产量的变化，但各种作物对粮食总产量影响的方式不同，其中玉米、水稻、高粱和小麦主要是通过单产的变化影响粮食总产量，谷子、玉米和小麦则是通过播种面积的改变来影响粮食总产量的变化。

Result:As compared with the model group, the effect of small dose group and middle dose group of osteopractic total flavone on TBV% of shankbone increased significantly; the effect of small dose group and middle dose group of osteopractic total flavone on TRS% of shankbone reduced significantly and TFS%, AFS%, MAR, BFR of shankbone reduced obviously; the effect of middle dose group of osteopractic total flavone on OSW and mAR reduced obviously, the effect of small dose group of osteopractic total flavone on them had the tendency of reducing, but there was no statistical significance.

The more natural storage time, the less total flavonoids content, and the average descent rate was 24.74% per year. The flavonoids content from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. gathered between August and October was the highest. The total flavonoids content was higher in the new leaves of Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.

结果：乙醇体积分数对总黄酮提取量有显著影响，提取温度对总黄酮提取量有影响；多穗柯自然存放时间越长，总黄酮含量越低，平均每年下降24.74%；不同季节采摘的多穗柯其总黄酮含量以8~10月最高；经对怀化多穗柯嫩叶和老叶中总黄酮的提取测定表明，多穗柯中嫩叶总黄酮含量最高，二年生最低。

结果表明，通腑醒神液直肠滴注较灌胃起效快，能尽快促使昏迷患者神志清醒，意识清醒时间平均为4.94天，而灌胃组为6.9天，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；明显改善患者的昏迷程度，第8天治疗组Glasgow-Pittsburgh昏迷评分值平均为29.39分，对照组为26.60分，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；治疗后14天临床疗效比较，通腑醒神液直肠滴注组总显效为54.84%，总有效率为80.65%，而灌胃组总显效为43.33%，总有效率为66.67%，经统计学处理无差异性，可能为样本量过少有关，尚需进一步增加样本量评估。

Flue-cured tobacco for organic nitrogen absorption meet with the nitrogen needs laws of high-quality tobacco, indicating that the combined application organic additives and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer reduces the nicotine content of tobacco, an increase of sugar/nicotine ratio and improved the quality of tobacco. In which the role of rice and rape straw is greater than the rapeseed cake can be used as measures to lower nicotine.3 Nitrogen accumulation in flue-cured tobacco with the total nitrogen input was a significant positive correlation during the growth stage of flue-cured tobacco. The total nitrogen input for the 156.3-405.5kg.hm-2, in which the soil nitrogen mineralization capacity account for 22.6%-54.3%, with an average of 34.5%, that is, soil nitrogen mineralization accounted for 1/3 of the total nitrogen input.
