Through correlative analysis and path analysis, it finds that (1) the family environment and the colleges and universities environment have direct and indirect influence on self-identity development of students; and (2) the family environment and the colleges and universities environment exert the major effect on self-identity development of students through identity style as mediational variable, so identity style becomes the explanatory base of self-identity status. That is, the predictive effect of diffuse/avoidant identity style for identity diffusion, normative identity style for identity foreclosure, and information identity style for identity achievement respectively is most significant; and (3) family environment that is helpful, supportive, warm, expressive, and promote autonomy and independence possibly makes students form identity achievement or identity moratorium, family environment that is excessively cohesive and warm but lacking independence possibly promote students to form identity foreclosure, and family environment that lacks of supportive and warm possibly make students form identity diffusion; and (4) colleges and universities environments that have better relationship system, clear developmental purpose, and promote to pay attention to societal concerns, critical and explorative qualities, and provide healthy, expressive, democratic, open atmosphere facilitate identity development, in turn form advanced identity. Colleges and universities environments that only emphasize the receival of colleges and universities aims, order and instilments, and scarcely encourage critique, exploration, individuation possibly make students form identity foreclosure. However, the ones that is remote relationship system, and lacking support, and students don't cognize the aim of colleges and universities possibly make students form identity diffusion.

通过相关分析、路径分析发现：(1)家庭环境和学校环境对大学生自我同一性有直接和间接的影响；(2)家庭环境、学校环境对大学生自我同一性影响主要以同一性加工方式为中介变量，同一性加工方式成为自我同一性状态的解释基础，弥散—回避定向同一性风格对弥散型同一性预测力最大，信息定向同一性风格对成就型和延缓型同一性预测力最大，常规定向同一性风格对排他型同一性预测力最大；(3)相互支持、帮助、关心、自由表达和鼓励自主和独立的家庭环境促进大学生同一性的发展，形成成就型或延缓型同一性状态，过度亲密而缺乏独立性特征的家庭环境可能形成排他型同一性状态，而缺乏支持性，关系疏远的家庭环境可能形成弥散同一性状态；(4)良好的关系系统，明确的发展目标，鼓励学生对社会事务关注、倡导批判和探索精神，塑造良好、健康、可供自由表达、民主、开放的文化氛围的大学校园环境促进大学生同一性发展，形成高级、成熟的自我同一性，而一味强调学校目标的接受，强调秩序、灌输，缺乏对批判、探索、个性发展鼓励的学校环境有可能使学生形成排他型同一性状态，但若学校的关系系统疏远，缺乏支持性的民主的风格，目标不能被学生明确感知的学校环境则可能影响学生形成弥散型同一性。

Results (1)Relevance rate of behavioral problems in type 1 diabetes group was 20.2%,two fold significantly higher than that in the control group(8.2%)(P=0.000).(2)Logistic analysis showed that risk factors concerned behavioral problems in diabetic children and adolescents included patients lived in rural areas,poor parents' marital relationship,poor parent- child relation,improper cultural ways,poor communication and understandings between family members,uniparental family and poor control of blood glucose.(3)It was found that diabetes was the most significant risk factor affected the occurrence of behavioral problems among all related factors based on the analytic results in both the type 1 diabetes group and the health group.Conclusions (1)Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes are the high- risk population who are apt to the occurrence of behavioral problems.

结果①行为问题的检出率：糖尿病患儿检出率为20.0%，与健康对照组(8.2%)比较，糖尿病患儿行为问题检出率高于健康对照组P=0.000；②Logistic回归分析显示，与糖尿病患儿行为问题有关的危险因素分别为在农村生活、双亲关系紧张、亲子关系差、缺乏直接感情交流、教育方式不当、对子女了解较少、仅由父母中的一方承担管理子女的责任及血糖控制不良；③将健康对照组与1型糖尿病组综合分析后发现：影响行为问题发生的所有危险因素中，患糖尿病的相对危险度最大。

Get high purity DCs by Cultured plastic-adherent monocytes isolated from healthy human peripheral blood with GM-CSF and IL-4 for 7 days. To observe the morphology of DCs by inverted phase contrast microscope ,electron microscope and laser confocal microscope. Analyse phenotype of DCs with flow cytometry. Investigate the endocytosis ability of DCs as a group by Horseradish peroxidase endocytosis assay. To appraise allogeneic mixed lymphocytes reaction of DCs by MTT reduction assay. Analyse the levels of IL-12 and TNF in liquids of cultured medium by ELISA and MTT reduction assay respectively. Soluble antigens of HCCs was obtained by 3 freeze-and-thaw cycles. Biological characteristics of HC soluble antigens pulsed DCs were monitored by flow cytometry. According to MTT reduction assay estimated the cell proliferation of self lymphocytes activated by HC antigens pulsed DCs. Get high purity BCG HSP 70 protein by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and determined its biological activity with ELISA. Analyse phenotype of antigen pulsed DCs primed by BCG HSP70 with flow cytometry. By MTT reduction assay estimated the cell proliferation of self lymphocytes and the MLR of DC based vaccine. Analyse expression of HLA-DR molecule on surface of HCC lines. The IFN-γ mRNA in lymphocytes after actived by DC vaccine and the Fas-L expression on DC and DC vaccine primed lymphocytes were detected by in situ hybridization and flow cytometry respectively. Specific cytotoxity lysis of T lymphocytes and nonspecific inhibition of liquids in culture medium against HCC lines were also tested. Detect expression of hAFP on four HCC lines with Cell-ELISA. Induce apoptosis of HCCs with actinomycin-D. Interaction of DCs and apoptotic cells was observed under transmission electron microscope. Growth inhibition test of DC against HCC lines was also performed.
