According to the localization principle of the DV-Hop algorithm, this paper proposes three improvements including the estimation of average single hop distance, the calculation of distance between unknown nodes and reference nodes and the estimation of node positions. These improvements can be used independently or jointly to replace the corresponding steps in the DV-Hop algorithm. The localization performances are analyzed in theory and with simulations.

该文根据DV-Hop算法定位过程，在平均每跳距离估计、未知节点到各参考节点之间距离的计算和节点位置估计方法等3个方面进行了改进，分析和仿真了不同改进措施和综合改进的定位性能。

Results:① The distance between handle of malleus and stapes head was(2.38±0.19)cm(2.00～2.70cm), the point selecting for measuring was outer margin of handle of malleus and stpes head.②The cross section form of one_third of the handle of malleus at the end, was triangle, the anteroposterior diameter of handle of malleus was(0.79±0.12)mm, the exterior and interior diameter was(0.58±0.10)mm at the crook point,the angle of line of manubrium mallei laid(83.24±8.33)°(66～98°)posteroinferior to arch of zygoma.③The long axis of prosthesis formed(27.60±1.75)°(24.6～30.2°)angle with the perpendicular of stapes.④The dependablity between the malleus_stapes distance and transverse diameter of tympanum, the location of umbo in tympanic membrane, the diameter of manubrium mallei, angle of line of manubrium mallei and arch of zygoma were not statistically significant.

结果：①锤_镫距离最短为(2.38±0.19)cm(2.00～2.70cm)，测量点为锤骨柄末端1/3处外缘和镫骨头；②锤骨柄末段1/3横断面形状接近三角形，弯曲处前、后方向直径为(0.79±0.12)mm，内、外方向直径为(0.58±0.10)mm；锤骨柄与颞线的成角为(83.24±8.33)°(66～98°)；③赝复物长轴与镫骨垂直方向成角平均为(27.60±1.75)°(24.6～30.2°)；④锤_镫距离与鼓室横径、鼓脐在鼓膜上的位置、锤骨柄直径、锤骨柄的方位的可能相关因素之间相关性检验无统计学意义。

The aeroelastic model experiment of Shanghai World Financial Center was carried out in TJ-2 boundary layer wind tunnel. Then, a study was conducted on the interference effects of distant buildings with half the height of World Financial Center and the nearby Jin Mao Building with nearly the same height of World Financial Center on average and root mean square value of horizontal and rotational displacement, Absolute maximum acceleration on the top of World Financial Center.

在同济大学TJ-2边界层风洞中进行了上海环球金融中心气动弹性模型的风洞试验，分析了距离较远且高度约为环球金融中心一半的周边建筑以及距离较近且高度与环球金融中心相当的金茂大厦对环球金融中心顶部平动和转动平均位移、均方根位移和绝对最大加速度的干扰效应。

The RAPD was used to study the genetic diversity of 19 KinXin series potato cultivars. The result showed that 52 RAPD bands were amplified using 7 primer, among them 43 bands were polymorphic, and 4~9 bands were amplified in each lane. The RAPD analysis indicated that the genetic distance of 19 potato cultivars was between 0.17~0.72, average value was 0.39. When all of the polymorphic bands were analysed by cluster analysis, 19 potato cultivars were classified into 3 groups. The analysis showed that there existed close sibship among the majority of potato cultivars, and the genetic distance between the minority cultivars and the others is longer, which indicate that the genetic basis of KeXin series potato cultivars is wide.

利用RAPD标记技术对19份克新系列马铃薯品种进行了遗传多样性分析，分别提取19份马铃薯品种的DNA，进行随机引物多态性扩增，从1000条随机引物中初步筛选出7条有多态性的引物进行详细研究，每条RAPD引物扩增出4~9条带，共获得52条带，其中多态性条带为43条；19份马铃薯品种的遗传距离介于0.17~0.72之间，平均值为0.39，平均遗传距离介于0.31~0.51之间；聚类分析结果在GS=0.53处可将克新系列马铃薯品种划分为三类，聚类结果与系谱分析基本相符，同时也说明克新系列马铃薯的遗传基础有所拓宽。

Theresults showed that the average gene flow was 2.0078. The genetic distance betweenTibet goat and JinTang black goat was minimum, and that between LeZhi black goat andJian Yang daer goat was maximum.

The results showed that 7-day-precultured embryogenic calli had the best responses for bombardment among 2-7 day' preculture duration. Enhanced transformation efficiency was found in the explants treated with high osmotic medium 4h prior to till 24 h after bombardment. Particles of gold and tungsten were both found suitable for rice transformation and there was no adverse effect when tungsten particles were reduced to 1/3 standard amount for DNA precipitation on transient GUS gene expression. However, it was found that gold particle had higher GUS expression at 120 h post-bombardment. A preliminary microprojectile transformation system with an average of 15-20 blue spots/explant GUS expression was routinely obtained for 'Tainung 67' by using the particle gun with 1,100 psi rupture disk, 6 or 9 cm microcarrier flight distance and 4 mm of macrocarrier flight distance setting.

Average annual precipitation data of the last 30 years from 1961 to 1990 at 186 meteorological stations in Gansu and its nearby regions was compared and analyzed by Inverse distance weight tension, Spline, Ordinary Kiging methods. The result showed that the three interpolators could reflect the spatial distribution of precipitation of Gansu province. Ordinary Kriging method was the most effective, followed by Spline methods and Inverse distance weight tension method.

利用甘肃及其周边186个气象台站30年平均降水资料，分别采用了反距离加权法(In-verse distance weight tension)、样条函数法和普通克里格法等3种常见的空间内插方法较为系统的分析比较了这3种内插方法插值结果，结果表明：3种方法的结果都基本上反映了甘肃降水大体空间分布规律，而普通克里格法的插值效果最好，样条函数法次之，反距离加权法较差。
