Our research aims to research and design an spectrometer-identificator to simultaneously or separately detect the fluxes and spectra of protons, alpha particles, oxygen and iron ions distributed in space.

为了满足当前空间环境的探测需要，需要研制一台全频道的空间带电粒子探测谱仪，该谱仪能够同时测量空间质子、α粒子和重离子的能谱和通量分布。

The results show that the rise time is 324 ps and the FWHM is 686 ps. The ZnO:Ga crystal has a good response to heavy charged particles. It is possible to develop an efficient alpha particle detector for use in a deuterium tritium neutron generator and other new radiation technology.

结果表明，ZnO：Ga晶体对α粒子响应的上升时间为324 ps、半高宽为686 ps，该晶体对重带电粒子具有非常好的响应特性，为伴随α粒子监测和发展新的辐射探测方法提供了新的选择。

By coincidence method, the calibrationn technique of ZnO:Ga crystal response to single heavy charged particle was established, the waveform response to the single alpha particle was measured, the experiments data were analysed, and the time response to single proton was gained from the plasma time relationship.

The result show, pH of solution, the type and concentration of surface-active agent all have marked effect, pH change can transform the disperse behavior of attapulgite particle by altering granularity distributing in different range, influencing double electromotive force between particle and solution.

Excitation functions of neutron, proton and α particle emission prior to scission measured in the reactions 28 Si+ 164,167,170 Er→ 192,195,198 Pb are studied using an extensive fission diffusion model and it is found that the model can well describe the trend of particle multiplicities of Pb isotopes measured experimentally as a function of the bombarding energy,which indicates the existence of isotope effects in prescission particle emission.
