In a bid to bring avid local music and dance lovers to a firsthand understanding of the traditional Philippino music and dance culture, the 2008 Asia Pacific Traditional Arts Festival has specially developed a "Traditional Philippino Music and Dance Workshop," which is presented and guided by instructor Wu Jung-Shun, the Dean of the Department of Music of Taipei National University of the Arts, to extend warm welcome for all to exchange and emulate the "Hudhud Traditional Music and Dance Troupe of the Ifugao Tribe" in their debut act in Taiwan, and to gain firsthand experience of the rare Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity that the Philippines has to offer.

为提供国内乐舞爱好者深入了解、体验菲律宾传统乐舞文化，本次艺术节特别规划「菲律宾传统乐舞工作坊」，由台北艺术大学传统音乐系主任吴荣顺老师担任解说与导聆，邀请大家与首次来台的相互交流学习，进一步认识菲律宾难得一见的口传与非物质人类文化遗产。

This workshop will help the yoga practitioners to know about the anatomy of core muscles; safety precautions during the yoga postures and creating awareness in vinyasa movements with bandhas to protect the lower back and enjoy the bouncing energy movements which is happening in each vinyasa krama movements.

这个工作坊可以以帮助瑜伽练习者了解我们核心肌肉组织的解剖知识；在瑜伽体式练习中采取适当的安全预防措施保护自己，使自己在流瑜伽的体式中知道如何正确的运用班达收束法来保护下背部，并享受在流瑜伽的串联体式中通过收束班达增强自己的能量

We will practice to make choices as the"Ninja"actor, the unchosen actor. When you are not chosen for a specific role in a story ,there are many possibilities. You can add an essential character or an element. You can bring background atmosphere. You can create the social dimension.

工作坊将探索忍者演员，即在一人一故事演出时，未被选定角色的演员；这些演员是有很多可能性的，可以扮演其他必要的角色或元素，可以是背景氛围的营造，也可以是社会性方面的创造。
