利用异常孔隙流体压力和异常温度建立了欠压实泥质源岩异常含气浓度的计算公式，并将其应用于松辽盆地三肇凹陷青山口组泥质源岩异常含气浓度的计算中，结果表明该区青山口组泥岩具有0.5～0.8m3／m3的异常含气浓度，对下伏扶、扬油层中的扩散相天然气具有强的封闭能力。
