本文从实证的角度，分析了我国寿险公司资产负债管理现状，并以中国人寿保险公司为例，对我国寿险公司的利差损及资产负债管理现状进行实证研究，对我国近些年寿险业的发展状况以及存在的问题进行了客观的分析和评价，并对所存在的问题提出参考性解决方法。
