From the angle of designing economics experiments, we conclude and presente five aspects that researchers must pay attention to, that is, experimental procedure standardization, experimental motivation saliency, experimental instruction unbiasedness, calibration definition, and design parallelism.

从经济学实验设计的角度，总结提出了科学的经济学实验所必须注意的五个方面，即实验程序标准化、实验激励突显化、实验语言无偏化、比较基准明确化、与现实的一致性。

Methods:Twelve cadaveric cervicothoracic specimens (C5–T2) were randomly assigned to one of three experiments: Experiment A (Part 1 and Part 2), Experiment B, and Experiment C (Part 1 and Part 2)(n _ 4 each for each experiment).

12例颈胸段脊柱标本（C5－T2）被随机分入3组实验：实验A；实验B；实验C（每组实验4具标本）。

Methods The compound preparation was administered intragastrically in mice, whose spontaneous activity was observed along with their tolerance of the preparation after long-term administration. The hypnotic effect of the compound was assessed by investigating the changes in the pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping. The compound was tested for its antiseizure effect in mice with pentetrazole-induced clonic and tonic convulsion. Diazepam was used as the standard control in all experiments.

利用光电计数法观察灌胃给予复方酸枣仁油栀子油对小鼠自发活动的影响，以及长期使用药物对小鼠耐受性的影响；利用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验，观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油的催眠作用；利用戊四氮诱发小鼠阵挛性、强直性惊厥观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油的抗惊厥作用；本实验用地西泮进行平行对照实验，并进行了组方设计和实验。

The steps are as the following:1、Preparing the cerebrospinal fluid one hour before the experiment,take some of them for cryopreservation;2、Without paralyse,cuting down the rat head quickly and dislodge the hippocamp part which is used in the experment in freezing liquid,and trim the hippocamp distrct.3、Fixing the hippocamp tissue on the vibratome,to cut down a brain slice with 300μm,use the haustorial tube to move the slice to the preincubate dish,cultivanting it for one hour.Then move it to the record incubation chamfer.4、Preparing the glass micloelectrode and fill it with NaCl,the corcentation is 3mol/L.5、adjusting the recorder,after cultivate the brain slice in the incubation chamfer for 2 hours,the expermentize can be gone on.6、In order to ensure the accurate of the experimental result,use only one medicine concentration for one brain slice in every experiment.

本实验研究方法是：1、实验前1小时配制好所需脑脊液并充以95% O2和5% CO2的混合气，取小部分冷冻保存；2、在乙醚麻醉下，快速断头并在冷冻液里取出包含海马的大脑部位，修整出所需海马区；3、将海马组织固定于振动切片机上切出300μm厚的海马脑片，用广口吸管转移至预孵育皿培养一小时，后再转移到记录用孵育槽内；4、拉制好玻璃微电极，并充以3mol/L的NaCl；5、调试好记录仪器，将脑片在孵育槽内培养2小时后进行实验；6、为了保证实验结果的准确性，每一块脑薄片只进行一个浓度的药品实验。

According to ISO-10993 standard, hematolysis test,dynamic coagulation time test, cell toxicity test,stimulation test and pyrogen test were performed in two groups,and the results were compared betwen two groups.

按ISO—10993标准，两组分别做溶血实验、动态凝血时间实验、细胞毒性实验、刺激实验和热原实验，对其结果逐项进行比较。

The biocompatibility of self-designed hydroxyapatite/poly rods was evaluated both in vitro and in vivo including Ames test, micronucleus test, acute and subacute systemic toxicity test, hemolysis test, hemopexis test and long-term muscle and bone implant test.

对自行研制的可吸收羟基磷灰石/聚DL-乳酸复合骨折内固定材料进行了一系列生物相容性实验，包括Ames实验、微核实验、急性和亚急性毒性实验、溶血实验、凝血试验和肌肉、骨内长期植入实验。

New Zealand white rabbits (3-4 months old, 3-4 kg weight) were the test animals, and they were divided into three groups proceeding in this study. In group A:One PLLA screw and one commercial screw were implanted in the right tibia. Two PLLA screws were implanted in the left. Furthermore, one PLLA bar was implanted in both right and left tibia respectively with onlay model in group B. Also,one PLLA plate was implanted in the left tibia and one commercial plate in the right respectively with onlay model in group C . Many tests were done on each sample in 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks which included the observation of tissue response in group A, and the change of three-points bending, weight loss, molecular weight, crystallinity and morphology of fracture surface by scanning electronic microscopyin group B, and the change of three-points bending, weight loss and molecular weight in group C.

所使用实验动物为24只3-4个月大，体重3-4公斤的纽西兰兔，并将所使用材料及动物分为A、B、C三组进行。A组中於实验兔之右胫骨植入两支骨钉，一支为自制骨钉，一支为MacroPore市售骨钉，并钻一孔但不植入骨钉做为控制组；另於实验兔之左胫骨植入两支自制骨钉，另标示一区不钻孔不植入骨钉做为控制组。B组采用onlay1 模式於实验兔之左右胫骨各植入一自制长型片。C组也采用onlay模式於实验兔之左胫骨植入一自制骨板，於右胫骨植入一市售骨板，各於不同时间点( 1， 4及12周)将A及C组，而於( 1，4，8及12周)将B组内的植入物取出进行各种测试，包括A组的组织切片观察及B组的三点弯曲变化、质量损失、分子量变化、结晶度变化及扫描式电子显微镜观察断面型态改变及C组的三点弯曲变化、质量损失、分子量变化。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
