Results1. The majority of patients with CNV were secondary to exudative AMD (69.10%); the minority was associated with CEC (17.60%), pathologic myopia (8.15%), choroiditis (3.86%), choroidal rupture (0.86%) and angiod streaks (0.43%) in descending order.

渗出型AMD患眼的PED裂孔最多见于PED的边缘(69.12%)，有裂孔发生的PED的角度和高度显著大于无裂孔者，而且以裂孔发生在边缘的PED的角度和高度更大。

Methods Postoperatively, 1 294 eyes of 1 262 patients with rhegmatogenous RD including 243 emmetropic and 1 031 myopic eyes were retrospectively studied. The affects of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, posterior vitreous detachment, vitreous liquefaction and concentration on the surgical prognosis were evaluated.

回顾1996年1月至1997年7月在我院行手术治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离患者1 262例（1 294只眼），其中近视眼RD组1 031只眼，正视眼RD组243只眼，并研究增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitreoretinopathy，PVR）的分级及玻璃体后脱离(posterior vitreous detachment，PVD)、液化、浓缩等对手术预后的影响。

四、兔眼虹膜激光损伤后的修复能力较强，小于200μm的Nd：YAG激光孔及小于450μm的氩激光、Nd：YAG激光联合氩激光孔均在术后1周内关闭，前者以基质胶原结缔组织再生较明显，而后者以色素上皮增殖、迁移为著。

The postoperative follow-up period was 4~21 months. postoperative visual acuity improved in 8 eyes and metamorphopsia was relieved in 9 eyes. oct confirmed retinal reattachment in 8 eyes.

术后随访4～21个月，视力提高8眼，视物变形改善9眼。oct检查显示8眼黄斑部视网膜解剖复位。2眼术后出现黄斑裂孔，其中1眼发展为视网膜脱离。

RESULTS: Of 21 eyes with retinal holes, 18 (85.7%) had been sealed and subretinal fluid had been absorbed completely after laser photocoagulation.

随访1～12个月。结果：21只眼经用氩激光治疗后18只眼(85.7%)裂孔完全封闭，视网膜下液吸收。

This article study the most three factors of influence in pre-splitting blasting , which are powder capacity per meter 、 spacing of hole and decoupling. On the basis of ANSYS/LS-DYNA and establishing 3D model about two pre-splitting holes, numerical value sumilate expanded process of the crack , then estimates effect of the rock crash by analyzing stress , otherwise estimates effect of pre-splitting blasting by expanded picture .

本文研究了预裂爆破中影响最大的三个因素：线装密度、周边眼间距及周边眼的不耦合系数，并利用动力有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA，建立两预裂孔爆破的三维模型，数值模拟出预裂爆破裂缝扩展过程，然后通过应力值的分析来判断岩石的破碎情况，另外利用预裂缝的扩展图分析预裂爆破的效果。
