Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of gynecologic diseases.Methods Retrospective analysis of 170 cases of laparoscopic surgery in ynecology.53 cases in the salpingocyesis group,49 cases salpingotomy,4 cases salpingectomy;48 cases in the ovarian cyst group,35 cases enucleation and repair of ovary,8 cases ovary sutures atches,3 adnexnectomy and 2 perforation of ovary;52 cases in the uterine problems group,10 cases LM5 cases CISH,11 cases LSH（laparoscopic supracervical ysterectomy）,14 cases LTH（laparoscopic total hysterecotomy）,12 cases LAVH laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy）;17 cases in the infertility group were studied in terms of lysis of pelvic adhesions and salpingostomy.

目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜手术的临床应用价值方法回顾性分析170例妇科腹腔镜手术病例，其中异位妊娠组53例，行输卵管切开取胚49例，输卵管切除术4例；卵巢疾患组48例，囊肿剥除术及卵巢成形术35例，卵巢缝合修补8例，患侧附件切除3例，囊卵巢多点打孔2例；子宫疾病组52例，行肌瘤剥除10例，改良CISH术5例，子宫次全切除术11例，子宫全切术14例，腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除12例；不孕症组17例，行盆腔粘连分解输卵管伞造口术。

Methods Two hundred and eight cases of laparoscopic surgery in gynecopathy were analyzed retrospectively, including salpingotomy, salpingectomy, salpingostomy, enucleation of pelvic masses, CISH, remoral of hysteromyoma, lysis of pelvic adhesions.

回顾性分析208例妇科腹腔镜手术病例，主要包括输卵管切开胚胎取出术、输卵管切除术、输卵管造口术、盆腔肿物切除术、子宫切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术和盆腔粘连松解术等15种手术。

Methods123 cases of laparoscopic surgery in gynecopathy were analyzed retrospectively, including salpingotomy, salpingectomy, salpingostomy, enucleation of pelvic masses, CISH, remoral of hysteromyoma, lysis of pelvic adhesions 15 kinds.

方法回顾性分析123例妇科腹腔镜手术病例，主要包括输卵管切开胚胎取出术、输卵管切除术、输卵管造口术、盆腔肿物切除术、子宫切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术和盆腔粘连松解术等15种手术。

Including salpingectomy,salpingotomy, salpingostomy, excision and enucleation of ovarian masses,repair of ovary, perforation of ovary, adnexnectomy, removal of hysteromyoma, supracervical hysterectomy, LAVH, CISH, lysis of pelvic adhesions, uterine suspension, uterosacral ligment transection, tubal sterilization, peritoneovaginoplasty.

手术包括输卵管切除术、输卵管切开吸胚术、输卵管造口术、卵巢肿块的剔除及切除术、卵巢修补术、卵巢多点打孔术、附件切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、子宫次全切除术、腹腔镜辅助的子宫切除术、腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术、盆腔粘连松解术、子宫悬吊术、骶韧带切断术、绝育术、取环术、腹膜阴道成形术等。

Results The patients aged 13 - 30 including 2 cases of type Ⅰ,7 cases of type Ⅱ and 1 case of type Ⅲ,had frequent symptoms of dysmenorrheal and abdominal pain （7 cases）, vaginal puruloid secretion （3 cases） and infertility （3 cases）; 10 of them were complicated with double uterus,2 with unicornous uterus, 3 with endometrial cystis; 8 of them were complicated with ipsilatera renal agenesis, 2 with horseshoe kidney; 2 of them were misdiagnosised.

结果患者年龄13-30岁，Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型7例，Ⅲ型1例；临床表现为下腹痛和痛经7例，阴道流脓3例，不孕症3例；10例例均合并双子宫，单角子宫2例，内膜囊肿3例；8例合并同侧肾脏缺如，2例合并马蹄肾；误诊2例；治疗以斜膈切开术为主，部分病例同时行内膜囊肿剥除和单角子宫切除。

The resection electrode types include: a hand-crafted, temperature-resistant tungsten wire-cutting loop; a coagulating perforated resector that provides a 40% greater coagulation zone than standard cutting loops and performs cutting and coagulation simultaneously during tissue resection; a dimpled vaporization roller that offers a smoother area of vaporization than a grooved roller while providing deep-tissue coagulation; a roller ball and roller barrel, which are used for coagulation and ablation of soft tissue in the bladder and prostate (the roller ball may also be used for endometrial ablation in the uterus); and a Collings knife that allows urologists access to all areas of the prostate and is most commonly used for ureteral meatotomy and transurethral incision of the prostate.

切除电极包括：手动操作、耐受高温、钨丝切除线圈；凝固穿孔前列腺切除器，比标准切除线圈的凝固面积大出40%，能够在组织切除过程中同时进行切除和凝固；一种漩涡汽化转子，比槽式转子提供更加平滑的汽化区域，同时产生深部组织凝固；一个转子球和转子滚筒，用于膀胱和前列腺软组织的凝固和汽化(转子球还可以用于子宫内膜的消融)；一个Collings刀能够帮助泌尿科医生进入前列腺的所有区域，通常用于输尿管切除术和经尿道前列腺切开。
