对以苯作为夹带剂的共沸精馏脱水塔进行了计算机模拟，得到了最佳工艺参数：①塔顶采出量为69 kg／h，返回苯相量为58 kg／h，回流比为3，进料乙醇浓度越高越好，但其最大值受共沸点水含量的影响。②敏感性分析的结果为塔顶采出量的灵敏度最大，进料乙醇浓度次之，而返回苯相量和回流比较小。
