Methods40 adult male SD rats were used in this study and divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, TNY treatment group, and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. The subacutely aging rats were made by injecting Dgal into the rats' abdominal cavity continuosly. The learning and memory ability of rats in each group were detected with Morris water maze. The monoamine transmitter contents in hypothalamus and hippocampus were detected with HPLCECD.

方法选用成年雄性SD大鼠40只，随机分为4组，每组10只：正常组、衰老模型组、TNY用药组、阴性对照组。D半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型，采用Morris水迷宫检测各组大鼠的空间学习记忆能力及采用高效液相色谱电化学法检测各组大鼠下丘脑、海马NE，DA，5HT的含量。

In RD group, subretinal injection with 10 mg/ml hyaluronic acid sodium was performed on the left eyes of the rats to set up RD model, and the left eyes and retinal tissue were collected 1/2 day, 1 day, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 days after RD; there were 11 rats in each subgroup.

方法88只Wistar大鼠分为2组：正常对照组11只鼠；RD组77只鼠，左眼视网膜下注射10mg/ml透明质酸钠建立RD模型，分别在RD后1/2、1、2、4、8、16、32d收集大鼠左眼球及视网膜组织，RD后各时间组每组各11只大鼠。

ResultsThere was no expression of Caspase-3 in group A. The expression of Caspase-3 in group C was decreased compared with that in group B（P＜0.01. In groups B and C, expansion and vacuolization of mitochondria, swollen neurons and apoptotic bodies appeared, which suggested that WBH could induce neuron injury, and the neuron injury in group C was more severe than that in group B.

结果A组大鼠海马区神经元无Caspase-3表达，B、C两组大鼠海马区神经元有Caspase-3表达，B组较C组Caspase-3表达平均灰度值减小。B、C两组大鼠海马神经元超微结构发生改变、细胞器水肿，部分线粒体空化，内质网稀疏，突触前膜、后膜结构不完整，可见自噬体结构；B组大鼠的神经元超微结构损害较C组轻。

(1) Oxidative/antioxidative reactions, inflammatory reactions, apoptosis in lung are involved in the pathogenesis of HILI;(2) ABX, rHuEPO have protective effects on HILI respectively;(3) Hyperoxia can increase VILI in rats, but has little effects with low tidal volume mechanical ventilation.

结论(1)氧化抗氧化失衡，炎症反应，肺内细胞凋亡参与了高氧所致成年大鼠肺损伤的过程；(2)ABX通过抗炎、抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡作用对成年大鼠高氧肺损伤具有保护作用；rHuEPO通过抗炎、抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡及一定程度的抗纤维化作用对成年大鼠高氧肺损伤具有保护作用；(3)高浓度氧能明显加重大鼠通气机所致肺损伤，而高浓度氧对小潮气量通气影响较小。

Methods: The model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats was developed by ligaturing the left descending anterior coronary artery. Forty male Wister rats were divided into normal control group, ischemia model group, Xuesetong group and Verapamil group. To approach its" mechanism of action, we carded out this experiment. The SD rats were objects in this experiment. We made rat focal cerebral ischemia model with middle cerebral artery occlusion using a thread block technique. We gave a mark of the neurologic impairment in rat and detected the contents of calcitonin gene-related peptide and neuropeptide Y in rats" cornu ammonis and brain mantle respectively by electro-acupuncture on shuigou(DU 26) acupoint. In this way, we are trying to explore the mechanism of acupuncture therapy in cerebral ischemia.
