Immunohistochemical localization of inhibin α-subunit in normal mature rats was carried out by using Strept Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex .The results showed that there was positive immunoreactivity of the McAb to inhibinα-subunit in heart ,kidney , spleen , lymph ,adrenal gland and pancreas cells. It indicated that inhibinα-subunit existed in the above tissues , But no positive sites were seen in hypothalamus, pituitary, lung and liver, that means they have no inhibinα-subunit. Compared with the ovariectomized rats, the hypothalamus and pituitary of the rats injected with inhibin-α fragment（1～32）showed an positive reaction, suggesting that inhibin α-subunit could pass through the blood-brain barrier .

用链霉亲和素-生物素-过氧化物酶(Strept Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex， SABC)免疫组织化学方法，以抑制素α亚基单克隆抗体对正常雌性性成熟大鼠各组织的抑制素α亚基进行定位观察，结果显示：⑴大鼠心脏、肾、脾、淋巴、肾上腺、胰腺均呈阳性反应，表明存在抑制素α亚基；下丘脑、垂体、肝脏和肺组织呈阴性反应，表明其不存在抑制素α亚基；⑵与去卵巢大鼠相比，外源注射抑制素α（1～32）片段的大鼠其下丘脑和垂体出现阳性反应，说明抑制素α亚基能通过血脑屏障。

The controls were only given 0.2mL corn oil injection simultaneously. The rats were sacrificed after suffering from dyspnea, and the survived rats were sacrificed at narcotism in 1 year after the first 3, 4-benzopyrene toxicosis. 本实验采用尚海燕等[3-4]建立的大鼠交流箱心理应激模型，将90只SD大鼠随机分为心理应激组Ⅰ(1周应激组)、心理应激组Ⅱ(3周应激组)、心理应激组Ⅲ(5周应激组)和空白对照组Ⅰ(1周应激对照组)、空白对照组Ⅱ、(3周应激对照组)空白对照组Ⅲ(5周应激对照组)，每组10只；另外30只大鼠仅给予足部电击，作为心理应激组大鼠的应激源，不列入本实验观察对象。

Methods: The traditional method of chronic serum sickness was modified by adding followings: one kidney removed, intraperitoneal inject LPS etc., and the effect of Shenhua Tablet on 24h proteinuria, blood biochemical indices, kidney function, pathology and immunofluorescence changes was observed compared with Fosinopril, and and the effect of Shenhua Tablet on the ED-1 positive cell number in the glomerulus, protein and mRNA expression and activation of Stat3 and protein and mRNA expression of TIMP-1 in the kidney tissue, and a-SMA positive mesangial cells were observed compared with Fosinopril using western blot, northern blot and immunohistochemistry methods.

对传统的大鼠慢性血清病肾炎模型制作方法进行以下改良：切除大鼠一侧肾脏、腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素、以及改尾静脉注射为腹腔注射。与西药福辛普利作对照，观察中药肾华对改良慢性血清病肾炎大鼠尿蛋白、血生化、肾功能、肾脏病理变化的影响。并通过免疫组化、Western蛋白印迹及Northern杂交方法，观察中药肾华对改良慢性血清病肾炎大鼠肾组织肾小球内炎细胞浸润、Stat3蛋白与基因表达及活化、以及其下游调控的TIMP-1蛋白与基因表达、系膜细胞增殖的影响。

There were high density images shaped as rope and slip in lungs of model control group rats and the pleura near the images were a little thickening. In MTX treated group, there were high density images shaped as slice along pulmonary veins. The veins of the blood vessels were obscure and the edges were unclear. In TPT treated group,there were multiple high density images shaped as tubercle and slice and the boundary were not clear. In XFC treated group, the lungs' outlines were clear and the veins were welldistributed. High density images shaped as spot were found in part lungs.

结果：HRCT表现为模型对照组大鼠肺轮廓欠清晰，肺部血管影扩张，边缘模糊且不规则，两肺有索条状密度增高影，邻近胸膜轻度肥厚；甲氨喋呤组大鼠肺部可见沿着肺纹理分布的斑片状密度增高影，肺血管纹理模糊，边缘不清楚；雷公藤多苷片组大鼠两肺可见多发性结节状及斑片状密度增高影，境界欠清晰；新风胶囊组大鼠肺轮廓清晰，肺纹理分布均匀，部分肺组织显示斑点状密度增高影。

The onset of EGFP fluorescence and its distribution in the Wistar rat corneas were determined through fluorescence stereoscope.

建立大鼠异体角膜移植模型，用含rAAV1-EGFP转染液的培养基在37℃孵育SD大鼠角膜植片同时浸泡缝线18h，再用此缝线间断缝合，将植片移植到大鼠角膜植床，术后通过荧光体视镜观察Wistar大鼠角膜出现EGFP荧光的起始时间及分布情况。

IL-1βmRNA expression in the developmental brain in Wistar rat: IL-1β mRNA in hippocampus, cerebral cortex and subcortex was detected by postnatal day 1 and gradually increased with development, reached a peak at postnatal day 21, and then gradually decreased to lower level at adult; In P77PMC rat, IL-1β mRNA expression was similar to Wistar rat before postnatal day 14, then gradually increased and surpassed Wistar rat at postnatal day 28, reached a peak in adult.

原位杂交显示谷氨酸诱导Wistar大鼠惊厥和P77PMC大鼠听源性惊厥后脑内IL-1βmRNA表达情况。结果发现，两种不同惊厥模型大鼠惊厥后脑内IL-1βmRNA表达存在明显的差异。谷氨酸引起惊厥诱导脑内皮层、海马和丘脑IL-1βmRNA表达增高的程度远较P77PMC大鼠听源性惊厥为低，而且惊厥后IL-1βmRNA表达增加较慢，于4-8h达高峰，而听源性惊厥可于惊厥后2h迅速达高峰。但两种形式惊厥诱导脑内IL-1βmRNA表达最高的部位均是海马。
