外科病例

Objective To approach earlier surgical therapy of hip fracture complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods From 2004 1 to 2005 1, 13 patients suffered hip fracture complicated with internal capsule cerebral infarction, including 5 male and 8 female, mean year is 65.4, all those patients undertook closed replacement internal fixation with hollow nail under X-rays perspection, and early undertook functional exercise.

目的 探讨脑梗死患者股骨颈骨折或股骨粗隆间骨折的早期外科治疗方法自2004年1月～2005年10月对13例内囊区脑梗死出现股骨颈骨折或股骨粗隆间骨折的患者，男5例，女8例，平均年龄65.4岁，全部病例进行X线透视下闭合复位空心钉内固定术治疗，术后早期进行功能训练。

In the postnatal period these cases were managed conservatively and followed by renal echogram and Tc-99m diethylene triamine penta-acetic acid diuretic renal scan as needed. Four of these six units (66.7%) resolved spontaneously within 1 to 6 months. The other two lesions deteriorated within 6 months and surgical intervention was required.

吾人采保守性疗法，而以肾脏超音波或同位素利尿剂肾脏摄影检查来追踪这些病例；其中四个肾脏病变於六个月之内自行恢复正常，另两个肾脏病变则於六个月之内渐渐恶化，最后接受了外科的矫正治疗。

We successfully managed two patients with I-S joint separation resulting from head injury through exploratory tympanotomy with ossiculoplasty within the recent 2 years. Both were young females who had sustained head injury resulting from traffic accident with the sequelae of persistent hearing impairment. They both gained significant hearing improvement postoperatively.

在过去二年内，我们曾经历过二例听小骨链断离的病例，她们均为年轻女性，在车祸头部外伤后伴有持续性的听力障础，在怀疑听小骨链断离的诊断下，於外科病情稳定之后，以中耳探查术做听小骨链重建，两名患者术后听力皆有显著改善。

4 3例应用冷刀切开 1～ 2次，术后 1w拔除导尿管，全部病例能自行排尿。用腔内泌尿外科内切镜治疗尿道狭窄，患者痛苦少，恢复快，是一种理想的手术方法。

All patients were followed up for 6 months. RESULTS The wound of 18 patients scarred over well when counterchecked 1 month after operation. The cure rate was 87.3 %. Five cases recurred. Three cases of them were cured by conservative therapy for 2 months. And the other two were healed after reoperation.

外科手术治疗由于存在术后复发率高而不作为首选治疗方法，由于保守治疗存在治疗时间长的缺点，对于保守治疗无效的病例仍需考虑手术，如何提高手术治愈率一直为耳鼻咽喉科医师所关注。

Morphologically similar lesions from 26 patients (mean age, 62 y; range, 46 to 88 y; male/female ratio, 10/16) were retrieved from surgical pathology and consult files. Clinical and endoscopic data were obtained, and immunohistochemistry for S-100 protein, glial fibrillary acidic protein, neurofilament protein, epithelial membrane antigen, claudin-1, CD34, smooth muscle actin, and KIT was performed. The findings were compared with those in mucosal biopsies of 5 submucosal neurofibromas from NF1 patients.

我们从外科病理和档案库里调取了26例病变形态相似的病例（患者平均年龄62岁，范围：46至88岁，男女比例：10/16），得到了他们的临床及内窥镜资料，并给它们都做了S-100蛋白、胶质纤维酸性蛋白、神经丝蛋白、上皮膜抗原、闭合蛋白-1（claudin-1）、CD34、平滑肌肌动蛋白和KIT的免疫组化，所得的结果都与5例NF1患者粘膜下神经纤维瘤的粘膜活检的结果相比较。

Methods The surgical findings of 51 cases of cervical neuromas in last 12 years were reviewed retrospectively.A part of the cases were treated with microsurgical technique.

回顾近12年来我科收治的51例颈椎管神经源性肿瘤的手术情况，其中部分病例采用显微外科治疗。

Clinical data and Methods: Laparoscopic left colectomies carried out in the Department of General Surgery, Nanfang Hospital from 2003 to 2004, on 15 left colonic cancer patients were observed and analyzed on the anatomical natures of fascias posterolateral, middle to the left colon, posterolateral to the rectum, as well as the laparoscopic location markers.

临床资料和方法：2003~2004年南方医院普通外科施行的腹腔镜左半结肠切除术15例，病例均为左半结肠癌。对腹腔镜下左半结肠后外侧、中线侧和直肠后外侧相关筋膜的解剖特点和镜下定位标志进行观察和描述。

This gives the surgeon a plan to work towards during the reconstruction and also allows for component selection based on bone size or stock in more difficult cases.

Methods: During a three-year period, 84 DPV and 62 OSV were implanted by two neurosurgeons for adult patients with communicating hydrocephalus. Patients medical charts were analyzed retrospectively for demographic data, diagnosis at shunt implantation, valve type, incidence of shunt complications and surgical revision rate.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
