Methods 200 cases (252 knees) of total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups: Experience group (64 cases): femoral prothesis rotational certification was depended on the palpation of the femoral epicondyle axes combined with Whiteside line in operation. CT scan group (136 cases): femoral prothesis rotational certification was depended on the preoperation CT scan, by which could modulate the lateral rotation angle. The other procedure was same to the standard TKA.

将200例（252膝）TKA患者随机分为两组：①经验组（64例）：TKA术中根据术者触摸外科股骨上髁轴线联合Whiteside线联合确定股骨假体外旋角度；②CT扫描组（136例）：术前CT扫描确定股骨后髁角，术中采用可调外旋定位器复制CT确定的外旋角度，其余TKA手术操作相同。

LeFortⅠosteotomy is an important surgical method in midfacial obsolete fractures management. The cephalometric radiography and model surgery should be performed depending on the principles of orthognathic surgery before LeFort Ⅰosteotomy. The other fractures of facial bones besides maxilla should be managed surgically in the same operation.

目的 探讨糖尿病对耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科患者手术后并发症的影响以及糖尿病患者的围手术期治疗方法对51例接受耳鼻咽喉及头颈部不同类型手术的糖尿病患者，观察其围手术期并发症，并于术 3天改三餐前0.5h皮下注射速效胰岛素治疗，根据血糖的测定结果，开始剂量约为4～8U；对术后禁食需要补液的患者，按葡萄糖3～4g/胰岛素1U的比例给药，并每日监测血糖指标；术后进流质或半流质饮食的患者，于三餐前皮下注射胰岛素，按血糖测定情况给药，直至围手术期结束。

Abstract］ objective to explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diverticular surgical complication.methods 24 cases of small bowel diverticular were retrospectively analysed.results the diagnosis was made preoperatively in 4 duodenal diverticula and only 1 jejunal diverticula.clinical complications included obstruction in 11 cases,bleeding in 4 cases,perforation in 4 cases.23 cases were cured.1 case was died of mof.all the diverticular with complications had histopathological signs of inflammation and 3 had signs of ulcer and 4 had the resected.conclusion the small bowel diverticular is rare.it may diagnose except common reason underwent gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.the gi is an effective way of examinations.operation is effective for small bowel diverticular disease.

回顾性分析24例小肠憩室病外科并发症的临床资料。结果术前6例十二指肠憩室中4例确诊，18例空回肠憩室仅1例确诊。小肠憩室伴小肠梗阻11例，憩室出血4例，憩室穿孔4例。23例治愈，1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。有并发症的憩室病理都有炎症表现，5例有溃疡，4例有异位黏膜组织。结论小肠憩室病比较少见。在胃肠出血或梗阻的情况下，可采取对常见原因排除的方法进行诊断。在不需要急诊手术的情况下，钡餐造影是最有效的检查。手术是可靠有效的治疗方法。

Materials And Methods 1, The animal model of Sprague-Dawley rat for maxillary protraction was made in this study, and an appliance based on the principle of protraction headgear was designed and made for maxillary protraction treatment which was hooked over the front of the zygomatic arch ,and a hole was made on the skull in the experimental group rat .

Prophylactic administrations of haemostatic and anti-inflammatory agents have important effects of reducing blood loss and facial swelling in orthognathic surgery.
