METHODS: COX 2 and VEGF protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 15 seborrheic keratosis, 15 Bowen s disease, 20 basal cell epithelioma, 20 squamous cell carcinoma and 5 normal skin tissues.

免疫组织化学法检测脂溢性角化病15例，皮肤原位癌15例，基底细胞上皮瘤20例，鳞癌20例及正常组织5例COX 2和VEGF的表达。

A portion of ductal cells and individual serous acinic cells of the minor salivary gland also expressed Fas not only in membranous but also in cytoplasmic pattern.

结果发现，在正常鼻咽粘膜表面及隐窝的假复层纤毛柱状上皮细胞胞膜、部分小涎腺的导管上皮和个别浆液性腺泡上皮细胞的胞膜和胞浆Fas阳性表达；鳞状化生上皮的表层细胞胞膜有Fas表达，但基底细胞未见Fas表达；浸润的淋巴细胞也不表达Fas.45.9%（17/37）的鼻咽非角化性癌Fas阳性，但只有不足10%的癌细胞胞膜微弱表达Fas。

Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

Results: CK18 was not detected in normal and abnormal oral tissue sections. But in normal nonkeratinized mucosa, CK19 was detected in the basal cell layer dispersively. In epithelial dysplasia, CK19 was detected in the suprabasal cell layer and the number of CK19-positive cell layers was correlated with the dysplasia degree of epithelia. Furthermore, CK19 was detected in oral squamous cell carcinoma, especially in the poor-differentiated cancer cells.

结果：正常和异常的口腔粘膜均未检测到CK18；CK19可表达于正常非角化上皮的基底层细胞、异常增生上皮的基底上层细胞及口腔鳞状细胞癌中，阳性细胞数与上皮的异常增生程度及鳞癌的分化程度相关。

The cells at the edge of the basaloid islands tended to show palisading arrangement. Squamous epithelium on the surface of tumor often accompanied with carcinoma in situ or superficial invasive squamous cell carcinoma. Occasionally cancer nets were connected with basement layer of squamous epithelium laying in the surface, and rare squamous cells or glandlike structures were seen in the cancer nests.

但BSC癌细胞分化较低异型性较强，癌巢周围细胞呈栅栏状排列，肿瘤表面鳞状上皮常伴发原位癌或浅表浸润性鳞状细胞癌；偶见癌巢与表面鳞状上皮基底层相连、或偶见癌巢内形成鳞状细胞，或腺管样结构，这些与ACC不同。

In fact most cases of metaplastic carnoma belong to the spectrum of basal-like carcinomas based on the definition, such as spindle cell ca, squamous cell ca, adenosqumous.

实际上，按照定义大多数化生性癌属于基底细胞样癌的范围，如：梭性细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌和腺鳞癌。

All patients were postmenopausal (median age 61.0 y; range, 45-76). Squamous cell hyperplasia was identified in 1 case and lichen sclerosus in 1 case. The invasive squamous cell carcinoma was of keratinizing type in 3 cases and basaloid in 1 case.

这4名患者均为绝经后女性（中位年龄61.0岁，范围：45-76岁）。1名患者确认有鳞状细胞增生，其他3名有硬化性苔藓。3名患者的浸润性鳞状细胞癌为角化型，另一名为基底细胞样。

The border of hyperplastic nodal which had no pathological nuclear mitoses, invasion and necrosis was clear. The staining of 8 antidodies had not significant value to the differential diagnosis between basal cell adenocarcinoma and adenoma of prostate.

而基底细胞腺瘤内增生的基底细胞异型性不明显，无病理性核分裂象，增生结节周界清，无浸润性边缘和坏死。8种抗体的免疫酶标记在前列腺基底细胞腺癌和腺瘤的鉴别诊断上无显著性意义。
