In the 3rd part of this thesis, two attempts to study the surface enhanced infrared spectroscopy of azobenzene acids monolayer on silver island films are discussed.

At first, surface enhanced infrared spectra of the azobenzene LB monolayer on silver film of different thickness is studied.

Acellular allogeneic dermal matrix is the dermal replacement of heterogenous human skin in which the cellular elements have been removed by special technique and basement membrane complex have been remained. It becomes a kind of 3D porous acellular dermal scaffold. It supports fibroblast infiltration, neovascularization and epithelialization in the absence of an inflammatory response.

异体脱细胞真皮基质（acellular allogeneic dermal matrix， ADM）来源于正常的异体皮肤组织，经过特殊的理化处理去除真皮中的细胞成分，保留原有的胶原三维结构和完整的基底膜，成为一种多孔的三维膜性支架，其空间网状结构有利于细胞的增殖、毛细血管增生，加速组织的愈合过程，移植后可以迅速被血管化和自体细胞重建。

This paper also analysed influence of different material combination on shear intensity between base and surface. The shear intensity of earthwork cloth is also researched through analysis on different cloth, temperature and treatment on gravel.

Methods Twenty-two pieces of temporal bone were taken for this study. The mastoid cavity was opened, scutum removed,"bridge" broken down, posterior wall of external auditory canal abraded and the related anatomic structures were fully exposed. The distance between the origin of facial nerve canal and the anterior border of round window （ OOFNC-ABORW ）, between the highest point of the facial nerve canal and the bottom of posterior mastoid sinus,and between the stapes head and round window niche was measured under operating microscope.

方法取成人颞骨22侧（左右各11侧），用耳科钻磨开乳突腔，去上鼓室盾板、断&桥&，磨低骨性外耳道后壁，充分暴露相关结构，在手术显微镜下测量面神经管垂直段起始部前缘至圆窗龛前缘的距离、面神经管最高点与后鼓室底壁之间的距离、锥隆起的高度（即锥隆起基底到锥隆起顶端的距离）、镫骨头至圆窗龛前缘的距离。

From the simulations, we can see the distributions and transmission of strain and stress in model under different loadings, and the results explained the fractures very well. 4. Similarly, a axis FEM model was constructed to simulate the axis fracture, emphasized on the odontoid process. Three kind of odontoid process fracture were analysed on this model, which occurred respectively on the tip, the middle and the fundus. The results gave the best angle to fracture the odontoid process of the axis.

四、建立了枢椎的三维有限元模型，对枢椎齿状突骨折机理进行了理论上的研究，重点针对临床上齿突骨折的三种分类：1、齿突尖骨折；2、齿突腰部骨折；3、齿突基底部骨折，赋予齿状突在矢状面沿各种角度下受力条件，模拟衰椎前弓、襄椎横韧带以及CZ－3棘间韧带对枢椎造成的暴力破坏，确定了最可能引起齿状突暴力骨折的受力角度。

Similarly, a axis FEM model was constructed to simulate the axis fracture, emphasized on the odontoid process. Three kind of odontoid process fracture were analysed on this model, which occurred respectively on the tip, the middle and the fundus. The results gave the best angle to fracture the odontoid process of the axis.

四、建立了枢椎的三维有限元模型，对枢椎齿状突骨折机理进行了理论上的研究，重点针对临床上齿突骨折的三种分类：1、齿突尖骨折：2、齿突腰部骨折：3、齿突基底部骨折，赋予齿状突在矢状面沿各种角度下受力条件，模拟寰椎前弓、寰椎横韧带以及C2-3棘间韧带对枢椎造成的暴力破坏，确定了最可能引起齿状突暴力骨折的受力角度。

On closer examination, though, this is not a vote for multilateralism but just the opposite.
