The Farming-pastoral Zone in North China was separated into 8 Eco-regions according to the known Eco-region. The dissertation analyzed the regional differences of land use changes from three aspects on dynamic degree , land use degree and the change direction (1)On land use dynamic degree, the dynamic degree of the cropland was the highest in North warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest and the lowest in temperate forest steppe; forest land's was the highest in alpine meadow and the lowest in warm temperate forest steppe; grassland's was the highest in temperate forest steppe-bunchgrass steppe and the lowest in alpine meadow; other land's was the highest in North warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest－the Huang-Huai-hai plain and the lowest in warm temperate bunchgrass steppe.

结合已有的自然生态区的划分，将我国北方农牧交错带划分为8 个自然生态区，选取土地利用动态度、土地利用程度以及土地利用变化方向等3 个方面的指标对研究区进行了区域分异规律的研究，结果如下：（1）耕地动态度北暖温带落叶阔叶林生态区——北部山地丘陵区最大，温带森林草原生态区最小；林地的动态度高寒草甸生态区最大，暖温带森林草原丛生禾草草原生态区——东南森林草原区最小；草地动态度温带森林草原——丛生禾草草原生态区最大，高寒草甸生态区最小；其他用地的动态度北暖温带落叶阔叶林生态区——黄淮海平原区最大，暖温带森林草原丛生禾草草原生态区—西北丛生禾草草原区最小。

Based on a survey of land use change conducted in Chicheng County,Hebei Province,this paper discusses the problems in current land use classification system and proposes some improvement projects in order to enhance the operation of the standard of land use classification in practical survey and to promote the development of modern multiple cadastre,providing better service for the department of land management.

以河北省赤城县土地利用更新调查为例，对我国现行土地利用分类体系中所存在的问题进行探讨，并提出了解决方案，以期加强现行土地利用分类标准在实际调查中的可操作性，促进"城乡一体"、"一查多用"的现代多用途的地籍发展，使之更好的为国土部门服务。

The results indicated that comparing with Suzhou's economic state, the city's land use efficiency has a large space to be improved and its ecological environment quality index is rather low and has a worsening tendency, which should be paid on enough attention. The problem of social equitableness of land use is striking in Suzhou City. It is an important issue to adjust the conflicts between land use and society justice in the process of rapid urbanization.

研究结果表明：与其经济发展水平相比，苏州市的土地利用效益还有待提高；除吴江市，苏州市其他地区的生态环境指数均较低且有着恶化的趋势，应得到足够的重视；苏州市土地利用的社会公平问题比较突出，如何协调土地利用与社会公平之间的冲突，是快速城市化进程中急待解决的重要课题。

Contrast to the actual circumstances of Wuhan and Changchu, the conformity and the inconformity to the result of the model have been pointed out in chapter five. The reasons about this have been analyzed and some valid measures and suggestions have been brought up.

第五章在武汉市和长春市城乡边缘地带土地利用现状调查资料的基础上将模型的结论与城乡边缘地带土地利用现状进行了对比，指出了模型结论与实际土地利用状况一致的地方和不一致的地方，针对不一致的地方分析原因，并提出了解决问题的对策和建议。

At the 8-year scale,the overall trend of landuse in this oasis presented an increase in cultivated land,garden land,forest land,water area and construction land,and a decrease in meadowland and unoccupied land.In these 8 years,the dynamic degree of comprehensive landuse there was 0.61,while it was 0.55 in the first half and 0.38 in the second half of this period.

在8年尺度上土地利用总的动态特征是，耕地、园地、林地、水域及建设用地面积增加，草地和未利用土地面积减少。8年尺度渭干河-库车河三角洲绿洲综合土地利用动态度为0.61。

Soil erosion is the most serious ecological environmental problem in Loess Plateau of China. Unreasonable land use practice is identified as one of the most important reasons for triggering and aggravating soil erosion, and the driving mechanisms for land use change and the relationship between land use spatial pattern and soil erosion are the important aspects for the study about soil erosion.

水土流失是黄土高原地区严峻的生态环境问题，不合理的土地利用是引发和加剧水土流失的重要原因之一，土地利用变化驱动机制和土地利用空间格局与水土流失关系是其研究的重要方面。

The paper studied the relationship between land-use safety and land-use in town and country, and analyzed all kinds of influence factors of land-use,such as terrain, geology, plowland quality, tourist resources, mineral resources and socio-economical conditions.

研究了土地利用安全与城乡土地利用的关系，详细分析了影响南宁市城乡土地利用的各种因素-地形地貌、地质因素、耕地质量、旅游资源、矿产资源、社会经济条件等。

Based on the TM images of 1985 and 2000, the paper analyzed changes in land use of the Minjiang Watershed and reciprocal transformation of land use between types quantitatively with the aid of GIS. Spatial differences in the changes of land use and their driving forces between two cities, Jianyang and Changle, were also discussed.

本文采用福建省1985年和2000年两期TM卫星遥感解译数据，在GIS软件支持下，定量分析闽江流域土地利用变化总体态势以及各种土地利用类型间的相互转化状况，并以建阳市和长乐市为例，分析了流域上下游县域土地利用变化的差异及其驱动力。

From 1985 to 2000, woodland, grassland, industrial and residential land tended to be more inerratic and stable, whereas cropland and water area more complex and unstable. Unused land remained unchanged. During this period, the land use structure of Suzhou was unsteady, and its form became more complex.

从1985年至2000年，林地、草地以及居住与工矿用地趋于规则、稳定；耕地、水域用地趋于复杂、不稳定；未利用土地没有变化；苏州市土地利用结构不够稳定，土地利用形态趋于复杂化。
