From April 2000 to June 2002, 512 cases of laparoscopical urologic operation have been performed through transperitoneal and retroperitoneal or extraperitoneal approach: 41 cases of nephrectomy, 36 cases of radical nephrectomy, 10 cases of nephroureterectomy with cystoscopic en bloc excision of the distal ureter and bladder cuff, 3 cases of partial nephrectomy, 78 cases of partial adrenalectomy or resection of adenomas, 71 cases of total adrenalectomy, 17 cases of ureterolithotomy, 122 cases of decortication of renal cyst, 1 case of Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty, 7 cases of renal pedical lymphatics disconnection, 2 cases of relative living donor nephrectomy.

本课题通过对223例肾疾病、149例肾上腺疾病、17例输尿管结石病人进行腹腔镜及后腹腔镜手术，其中肾囊肿去顶术140例、单纯肾切除术41例、根治性肾切除术36例、肾输尿管全切及输尿管口膀胱袖套状切除术10例、后腹腔镜肾部分切除术3例、Anderson-Hynes肾盂成形术1例、肾蒂淋巴管离断术7例、腹腔镜和后腹腔镜活体亲属供肾切取术各1例、肾上腺部分或单纯肿瘤切除术78例、肾上腺全部切除术71例、输尿管切开取石术17例。记录手术时间、手术中失血量、肠道功能恢复时间及并发症，将结果与传统开放手术和国外学者的腹腔镜手术结果进行比较，对数据进行统计分析。

The allograft was harvested at 6h posttransplantation. Scrambled ODN group: The donor kidney was stored for 6h in ECs containing 1 u M Liposome/scrambled ODN complexes under hypothermal and hypoxia condition, then the donor kidney was transplanted into a SD recipient, and at 6h posttransplantation the allograft was harvested.

五、试验分四组：(1) Control组假手术组，Wister大鼠麻醉后，开腹后，即将伤口缝合，6h后切取左肾；(2) ECs组供肾经ECs(不含脂质体/ODN复合物)低温缺氧保存6h，移植到受体大鼠6h后切取移植肾；(3)deeoy onN组供肾经含1 pM的deeoy onN脂质体复合物的ECs 低温缺氧保存6h，移植到受体大鼠6h切取移植肾；(4)sc~。

Methods:To re- port two cases of metanephric adenoma and review the literatures.Results:The tumors had clear edge.

观察2例后肾腺瘤大体形态，并进行光镜观察和免疫组化检测，随访惠者并复习文献。

OBJECTIVE: To observe the in vivo location and differentiation of 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole and green fluorescence protein-labeled cells in adriamycin nephrosis rats so as to explore an efficient labeling and tracing method for metanephric mesenchymal cells derived from embryonic rats.

目的：观察DAPI及绿色荧光蛋白标记细胞在阿霉素肾病大鼠体内的定位及分化，探讨便捷的大鼠胚胎后肾间充质细胞的体外标记方法。

Foci of papillary hyperplasia were found, concurrent with metanephric adenoma. This provides evidence about the relationships of these two entities. Due to previous experience, case two was diagnosed at intraoperative frozen section, avoiding unnecessary surgical procedures.

本文中报告两个病例，第一个合并后肾肿瘤与慢性阳陆肾衰竭，这是目前我们所知惟一的病例，提供我们了解本病与肾脏乳突增生之问的线索；第二个病例则由於之前的经验，所以只做部分肾脏切除。

Metanephric adenoma is a very rare benign renal tumor with an embryonic architecture and primitive cytological appearance, superficially mimicking Wilms' tumor. This tumor sometimes reaches a considerable size (20cm) and still runs a benign clinical course.

后肾腺瘤是一个非常罕见的良性肾脏肿瘤，它表现出类似胚胎的结构并且具有原始的细胞外观，有时会形成一个大於20公分的大型肿瘤。

Microscopically,tumors were composed of benign small and cuboidual epithelial cells and with scant cytoplasm.Immunohistochemially,with WT1, CD57,CK7,AE1,CD56 can help diagnosing metanephric adenoma.

结果：巨检肿瘤境界清楚；镜下该肿瘤由大小一致的肿瘤细胞排列成密集小管状、腺样结构，细胞无明显异型；文献报告WT1，CD57，CK7，AE1，CD56等抗体有助于鉴别诊断；后肾腺瘤预后较好。

Results Uraemic symptom of 11 cases was alleviated or eradicated, 2 cases were cured.

结果 本组11例患者治疗后肾功能不全症状减轻或消失。
