Based on the conceptions and grading, the dissertation probes into the methodology of evaluation and case study, and establishes a potential degradation evaluation system which comprises altitude, gradient, soil erosion index K, annual rainfall, the proportion of rainfall in raining period, and the drought index of rainless period.

The relation between the movement parameters in the flow field of jig could be obtained by the Navier-stockes equation of fluid dynamics. The fluid in different jig structure dimension and shape could be calculated and diagrammed by use of calculate fluid mechanics and potential motion theory. The flow field and streamline of jig at different case are expressed vividly, which could provide rational basis for selecting and designing jig structure.

由流体运动的Naver-Stockes方程得到跳汰室内的流场运动参数间的关系，用势流理论对运动流场进行研究，通过计算流体力学方法对流体运动参数在结构不同的跳汰机的跳汰室内的流场进行了绘图，形象地把不同结构的跳汰室的流场、流线体现出来，可为合理选择跳汰机结构提供依据。

Through scheduling process analysis of periodic task, the waiting limit formula of each task in ready queue was obtained while guarantees its deadline. In addition, some properties, such as final preempting time was deduced and the necessary condition of periodic tasks preempting behavior was described quantitatively. Based on them, a micro scheduling preemption model for periodic tasks in ready queue was put forward, which decreased the number of preemptions and optimized system performance through changing the preempting sequences.

Also, by using the optical path of an optical encoder similar to the nanoscale, the changes in the surface profile of the scale can be measured directly, so as to obtain the two quadrature sinusoidal signals. By counting the zero crossing of these two quadrature sinusoidal signals and calculating the interpolation value of these two quadrature sinusoidal signals, the moving direction and moving displacement value of the scale can be obtained.

研究中再以搭配物镜的数值孔径与尺条间距的关系，选择ㄧ适当的市售平凸透镜，使聚焦光点的直径与尺条的间距相近，并使用相同於奈米级长行程双雷射聚焦读头装置的光路设计，如此将可藉由直接量测尺条的表面轮廓变化，以获得一组正交弦波讯号，继而利用讯号四分割与细分割处理，计算出尺条之移动方向与移动量，研制出一实用性长行程双雷射聚焦读头光学尺。

气穴是研制水压阀存在的主要难题，认识阀口形状与气穴的关系，避免产生气穴现象是极其重要，本文应用有限体积数值计算方法针对阀座倒角长度变化对水压阀阀道内流场的影响进行数值模拟和可视化研究，得到了一些有益的结论：倒角长度的改变对阀口间隙以及阀芯锥面与柱面相接的地方的负压会产生比较大的影响

It was found that electrical field strength and potential around the the sample changed less in the fully insulated chamber than in conducting material phytotron, so it is closer the real condition. Based on the design, the first fully insulated large artificial climate chamber in China, in which temperature , humidity, and atmospheric pressure can be regulated, has been built in our laboratory. The paper developed an insulation parameters automatic test system of high voltage capacitive equipment based on LabVIEW. In the chamber, On-line tanδmeasurements of the capacitive transformer bushings were completed. The effects of environmental factors on tanδwere analyzed, and the curves between the tanδand the environment parameters were acquired. Then, a grey relational model to analyze the effects of main environmental factors on tanδwas built, and the grey relational grade between them was gained in this paper.

完成的主要工作和取得的主要研究成果如下：提出了全绝缘型人工气候室设计方案，计算分析了气候室内悬挂绝缘子和套管时的空间电场分布情况，并和金属材质气候室相比较，论证了该方案的优越性，据此方案研制的全绝缘人工气候室可调节温度、湿度和压力等参数，满足了人工气候试验的要求；开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的高压电容型设备绝缘特性自动测试系统，完成了人工气候室内变压器套管tanδ的在线测量试验，以此为基础分析了环境因素对电容型设备tanδ的影响情况，获得了tanδ与环境参数的关系曲线，建立了环境因素对tanδ影响的灰关联分析模型，得到了主要环境参数与电容型设备tanδ的灰关联度。
