The results showed that most of the microbes could be inactivated for the ultra high pressure treatment, the accumulation of total volatile basic nitrogen was restrained, and the change of pH value was delayed. The shelf life of white shrimp was prolonged with the enhancement of high pressure. High pressure treatment could make fresh shrimp with boiled flavor in some degree. Trements of 400 Mpa and 600 MPa aggravated blackening. However, melanotic reaction was not observed during the whole storage of shrimp treated by 700 MPa. High pressure could change the metabolizing of ATP and its metabolites, but did not impact the metabolic pathway of AMP decomposition.

结果表明：超高压处理可以有效地杀灭南美白对虾中绝大多数微生物，抑制贮藏过程中挥发性盐基氮的积累，延缓pH值的变化，从而延长南美白对虾的货架期，且处理压力越高延长效果越显著；超高压处理会给鲜虾带来不同程度上的煮熟虾的风味；400 MPa和600 MPa处理使虾在冷藏过程的黑变提前，而700 MPa处理可以完全抑制南美白对虾黑变现象的发生；超高压能够改变腺苷三磷酸及其代谢产物的代谢情况，但不影响腺苷酸的代谢途径。

Results:The degenerative changes of articular cartilage in the manipulation group and the sodium hyaluronate group,such as vacuolar degeneration of cytoplasm,decreased quantity and degraded function of orginele,pycnosis of nuclear and necrosis even disintegration of cell,are lesser than that in the group without treatmnet.

结果：手法干预组和透明质酸钠组软骨细胞发生胞浆空泡化，细胞器数量减少，功能减退以及细胞核固缩甚至细胞坏死崩解等退变现象的程度较空白对照组轻，手法组与透明质酸钠组相当。

In the present work, based on the mechanism of low - temperature corrosion, an opinion was presented by theoretical analysis and computation, that is the vacuum boiler can not avoid being corroded completely under low temperature, but the corrosion is very weak no matter if the exhaust gas temperature is higher than the flue gas dew point; it was obtained the relationship between the corrosion velocity of metal wall and wall temperature along gas pass of vacuum boiler, and the one between the corrosion velocity of metal wall and wall temperature under the condition that the flue gas temperature is lower than the acid dew point.

文章从锅炉发生低温腐蚀的机理人手，通过理论分析计算并通过实践检验，提出了真空相变锅炉虽然不能完全避免低温腐蚀问题，但不论排烟温度是否高于烟气露点，低温腐蚀的程度都很弱的观点；给出了真空相变锅炉沿烟气流程金属壁面的腐蚀速度与壁面温度的关系曲线，和烟气温度低于酸露点时金属壁面的腐蚀速度与壁面温度的关系曲线；同时，文章推荐真空相变锅炉的设计排烟温度取130℃左右的低排烟温度。
