The results show that complexing agent greatly effects on film's density. For the double complexing agents solution system based on citric acid, the solution with lactic acid and citric acid produced most compact film with lowest porosity; and for the double complexing agents solution system based on butane diacid, the solution with butane diacid and malic acid made most compact film with lowest porosity.

In chapter 4, by AREELS, the Generalized Oscillator Strength Density Spectra were measured in the energy region from 56 to 66eV, with the incident energy 2. 5 keV and energy resolution 80 meV, at scattering angles from 0°to 6°, corresponding to the momentum transfer K〓=0.03~2. 01 a. u. The Fano profile parameters f〓 and q for the optically allowed transition 〓(0, 1)〓P°and the optically forbidden transitions 〓(1, 0)〓S〓and 〓(1, 0)〓D〓 were obtained as a function of K〓. With the hyperspherical coordinate wavefunctions, the dynamical correlation are discussed qualitatively. So, a new experimental way to study dynamical electron correlation effect is opened.In chapter 5, the widely used R-matrix theory was introduced. Then, the GOSDS for the optically allowed excitation series (1s〓)〓S〓→〓(0, 1)〓P°(n=2-4) were calculated by this method, and the Fano profile parameters f〓 and q were obtained sequently. So the electron correlation effect can be described by these parameters quantitatively, and the theoretical results were compared with our AREELS experimental results.

In this dissertation,a new mechanism of stochastic resonance in the excitablesystem is presented,and the relationship between the stochastic resonance inexcitable neurons and the dynamic bistability is reported for the first time.Thepresent study deals with the extension of the concept of stochastic resonance,which has been thoroughly examined in bistable and simple excitable system,to amore complex system.It may even open the door to a better understanding ofstochastic resonance in neural system since experimental evidence supports theextension of such bistability in vitro preparations.

本文提出了可兴奋性系统中一种新的随机共振机制，首次报道了可兴奋性神经元中随机共振和动态双稳态的关系，将以前的单纯讨论双稳系统或可兴奋系统中的随机共振推广到了可兴奋系统中有动态双稳态更复杂的情形，由于在神经元的实验中已有关于动态双稳态的报道，本文所提出的随机共振为理解神经元中随机共振的编码机制开启了新的途径。
