The results show that the optimal parameters of esterification are as follows: 4% of SO42-/ZrO2, molar ratio of methanol to litsea cubeba kernel oil 101, 68 ℃ of reaction temperature and 4 h of reaction time, the acid value decreases to 2.52 mg/g. Compared with the traditional acidic-catalyzed method, this method has the advantages of no acid proof equipment, easy to recycle catalyst and no acidic waste water emission. The optimal parameters of transesterification are as follows: 25 ℃ of reaction temperature, 0.5% of hexadecyl-trimethyl-ammonium bromide, 1% of NaOH, molar ratio of methanol to the oil 61 and 15 min of reaction time. The ester exchanging rate is 97.6%. This method adopts phase transfer catalyst and produces industry prospect, which has many advantages such as energy-saving and time-saving under room temperature.

研究结果表明，固体酸SO42-/ZrO2催化酯化反应的最佳条件为：油重4%的SO42-/ZrO2，醇油摩尔比为101，温度为68 ℃，反应时间为4 h，原油酸值降到2.52 mg/g；该法相对浓硫酸催化酯化法具有不需耐酸设备、催化剂易回收、无废水排放等优点；相转移催化酯交换反应的最佳条件为：温度为 25 ℃，0.5%的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵，油重1%的NaOH，醇油摩尔比为61，反应15 min，原油酯交换率达到97.6%；采用相转移催化技术，反应在常温下进行，大大减少了能耗，缩短了反应时间，具有的产业化前景。

objective to study the changes of t-pa and t-pa inhibitorduring the acute stage of cor pulmonale.methods to measure the plasmatic activity of t-pa and pai by chrom-substrate in60cases of cor pulmonale,compared with the corresponding index of55cases in the control group.results pai was significantly higher in acute stage than in remission stage of corpulmonale,and t-pa was lower in remission stage than in acute stage.the difference was significant（p.01）.conclusion the unbalance between t-pa and pai can promote the formation of micro-thrombus and further exacerbate high pulmonary pressure.

目的 探讨血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物及t-pa抑制物在肺心病急性加重期的变化。方法用发色底物法测定60例肺心病急性加重期的血浆t-pa及pai的活性，并与对照组55例肺心病缓解期的相应指标作比较。结果肺心病急性加重期患者pai显著高于肺心病缓解期，而t-pa低于肺心病缓解期，其差异具有非常显著性（p.01）。结论 t-pa及pai关系失衡，有助于动脉内微血栓形成，促进或加重肺动脉高压的形成。

Complex cultures treated by 0.25% trypsin in Hanks' for 5~7min at 37℃, the dispersed cells were mainly fibroblasts,then the rest treated by 0.15% trypsin-0.02% EDTA in Hanks'for 5~8min at 37℃, the majority cells harvested were mammary epithelial cells.

Get the neonate Sprague-Dawley rats medulla spinalis, through the conventional primary cell culture procedure, we use the method of difference adherence time and get the motor neurons of anterior spinal cord. When the neuron is in maturity, we make the mechanical injury model in vitro. All the models were divided into four groups: group A is control group; group B is 100μM ATP group; group C is 100μM ATP+20μg/ml suramin group and group D is 100μM ATP+10μM ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin group. Culture the four groups neurons, after one day, we count the motor neuron, observe the survival and activity of neurons through MTT shade selection experiment, use flow cytometry to analyze the percentage of apoptosis of motor neurons of anterior spinal cord and detect the expression of protein p-GSK-3β(ser9) through Western-Blot technology.

方法取新生大鼠脊髓，通过常规的原代细胞培养程序，采用差速贴壁法分离出大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元，培养成熟后制作神经元机械损伤体外模型，分为A组：对照组、B组：100μMATP组、C组：100gMATP+20μg/ml Suramin组和D组：100μM ATP+IOμM Ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin组，对各组机械损伤的运动神经元进行培养，1天后分别进行运动神经元计数、MTT比色实验观察运动神经元的存活及活性、流式细胞仪分析机械损伤的脊髓前角运动神经元凋亡百分率和Werstern Blot技术检测p-GSK-3β(ser9)的表达。

While the interfering factors can't be eliminated by treatments such as dilution and neutralisation, they are liable to be inhibited provided that the IVIG samples are to be diluted by 1:4 with the Dilution Solution Ⅰ.The BET for IVIG preparation diluted by 1:4 with the Dilution Solution Ⅰ is carried out comply with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000 Edition) The lysate with sensitivity of 0.125Eu/ml is used in the test,and the results of the BET are comparable to that of Pyrogen Test carried out in rabbits.

通过干扰评价实验证明IVIG对细菌内毒素检查法有强烈的抑制作用，单纯用简单稀释和调整pH值法无法消除干扰，如果用稀释剂对IVIG作1：4以上的稀释，即可消除样品对该检查法的干扰，利用灵敏度为0.125EU/ml的鲎试剂，将样品用稀释剂稀释4倍，按中国药典（2000版）进行细菌内毒素的检查，结果与家兔热原质试验进行比较。
