Result:The untonchment of a linit-rod and amain nail was found to be the major reason of the inter-locking nail installation failare in the clinical cases,as the main nail and the guide were disturbed by ontside forces .

结果：在本组病历中，外力干扰交锁髓内钉的主钉和瞄准器，及与冠状面垂直的限位杆与主钉未接触，成为交锁髓内钉锁钉安装困难或失败的主要原因。

The reason the default produced is analyzed and a new latest available unscheduled channel with smallest void algorithm is presented. The performance of the two algorithms is simulated. The results show that in LAUC-SV algorithm the effective window of the packet loss versus unit delay time of fiber delay lines is expanded significantly and the packet loss ratio is decreased about 100.5. The algorithm complexity of the LAUC-SV is only increased arithmetically with LAUC. Both the algorithms can not support delay reservation protocol effectively.

分析了产生此缺陷的原因并提出了一种LAUC算法的改进算法LAUC-SV算法，采用仿真的方法分析比较了两种算法的性能，结果表明LAUC-SV算法比LAUC算法的丢包率下降100.5，且LAUC-SV算法下的丢包率关于光纤延时线单元延时时间的工作窗口与传统LAUC相比大大展宽，而前者的算法复杂度与后者相比仅呈算术增长，但两算法均不能有效支持延时预约协议。

The results indicate that the effect of alloying elements V and Cr on mechanical properties at room-temperature, creep behavior and microstructures are similar. With increasing contents of V and Cr, their mechanical properties produce little change, the creep resistant property decreases and microstructure grows, which is mainly due to their characteristics of β-stability element and smaller atomic radius compared with Ti. On the contrary, the effects of V and Cr on the thermal stability are quite different. With increasing V content or decreasing Cr content the thermal stability for the alloy becomes better, which may be due to the different solution characteristics of V and Cr element in titanium alloy that V belongs to isomorphous β-stability element and Cr belongs to eutectoid β-stability element.

结果表明：合金元素V和Cr对Ti40合金室温力学性能、蠕变行为和组织的影响具有相似性，即随V和Cr含量的降低，合金室温综合力学性能变化不明显、抗蠕变能力减弱、组织粗化：这与V和Cr同属于β稳定元素、且原子半径都小于Ti原子有关；而V和Cr对于热稳定性能的影响则完全相反，V含量的增加或Cr含量的降低含金热稳定性能优化，其主要原因可能与V属于同品型β稳定元素而Cr属于共析型β稳定元素有关。

The allelic diversity in terms of number of alleles per locus and expected heterozygosities in cultured populations N=8.0-9.4, H(subscript e=0.754-0.787 was considerably lower than that found in the wild populations N=11.3-15.0, H(subscript e=0.821-0.866. Allele distributions at all seven microsatellites indicated that the cultured populations lost some rare alleles belonging to wild populations. The small number and the biased sex ratio of abalone for hatchery broodstock might be responsible for the remarkable reduction of genetic variation in the studied populations.

结果表明，从等位基因数与杂合度上分析，养殖群体(N=8.0~9.4， H=0.754~0.787)遗传多样性显著低于野生群体N=11.3~15.0， H(下标 e=0.821~0.866；等位基因频率分布揭示出野生群体中一些稀有等位基因在养殖群体中有所丢失；亲鲍选用数量少与性别比例不均衡可能是产生养殖群体中遗传多样性显著减少的原因。

In clinical. acetylcholinesterase inhibitors reduce the breakdown of synaptic acetylcholine, have been modestly effective in improving the cognitive deficits of Alzheimer's disease.The goal of this work is to determine enzyme kinetics and mechanisms of acetylcholinesterase and butyrlcholinesterase inhibition by five cardiovascular drugs, lovastatin, simvastatin, amlodipine besylate, nifedipine, and hydralazine hydrochloride, and two benzodiazepines, diazepam and chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride. All drugs in this study are reversible mixed-type inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. The pKi values for acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase inhibition by the cardiovascular drugs are linearly correlated with the molecular weights of the drugs with the slopes of 0.005 and 0.0021, respectively. Therefore, van der Waals' interactions between acetylcholinesterase and the cardiovascular drugs are stronger than those between butyrylcholinesterase and the drugs. This is probably due to a smaller active site gorge and a more significant peripheral anionic substrate binding site of acetylcholinesterase than those of butyrylcholinesterase.

本研究之目的系决定乙醯胆碱酯酵素和丁醯胆碱酯酵素被五种心脏血管药物lovastatin， simvastatin， amlodipine besylate， nifedipine、hydralazine hydrochloride和两种benzodiazepines：diazepam和Chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride的抑制作用之动力学及机转，这些药物都是乙醯胆碱酯酵素和丁醯胆碱酯酵素的可逆性、混合型之抑制剂，实验结果显示，五种心血管药物对於乙醯胆碱酯酵素及丁醯胆碱酯酵素抑制之pKi值和药物之分子量呈直线之关系，斜率分别为0.005及0.0021因此丁醯胆碱酯酵素，与心血管药物间之凡德瓦作用（van der Waals' ）比乙醯胆碱酯酵素与心血管药物间者弱，这可能原因是丁醯胆碱酯酵素之活性区域比乙醯胆碱酯酵素之活性区域更宽广，但丁醯胆碱酯酵素之周边阴离子区域不及乙醯胆碱酯酵素之周边阴离子区域者明显重要，由於五种心血管药物对於乙醯胆碱酯酵素和丁醯胆碱酯酵素抑制之pKi值存在著线性关系表示此种抑制作用系经过共同之反应机理。

Furthermore, as stresses in the stress field influence the value of seepage coefficient k, which will results in the change of seepage field in the end, while on the other hand, the seepage field also has an effect on the stress field because of seepage forces. Based on the coupling model of seepage field and stress field, a program by finite element method is developed in this paper. And the comparison of results of the program and criterion method with that of test shows that the test results are reasonable, which can be referred to analyze the causes of dangers, evaluate degree of safety of the body and foundation, and design and optimize the measures of seepage control.

此外，考虑到应力场中的应力会改变土体渗透系数进而影响渗流场、而渗流场也因其产生的渗透力会导致应力场发生变化，两者之间存在耦合作用，本文基于渗流场应力场耦合分析的数学模型编制了渗流计算有限元程序CCOSAS1.0，其计算结果和采用规范方法所获得的解答与实测值的对比分析表明，该规律合理且具有一定的代表性，可用以分析险情发生原因、评价堤身堤基安全状况及设计与优化渗流控制措施。

The main results of the investigation are as following:(1) Some important criteria for the design of multi-layer structure are acquired: the ratio of the layer thickness to the contact diameter should be controlled to a value about 0.8; increasing the number of the gradient layers and elasticity modulus of the top layer would benefit to the yield strength and the stress status at the interface.（2）By means of molecular dynamics simulations for a indentation and sliding process, it is discovered that dislocations of 45 direction to the surface occur in the surfaces layer, which is correspond to the direction of the plastic flows observed in the macroscopic continuous medium. The irreversible deformation caused by the dislocation and the atom piles at the surface are responsible for the irreversibility of the force response. They are also the main factors for the friction generation. The temperature and the indentation velocity have significant effects on the deformation behaviors of the material of the surface layer. The yield strength would increase obviously if the indentation velocity is greater than 10 m/s.（3）A method to evaluate the fracture toughness of coating by estimating the crack-density functionβof a Wicker''s indentation was proposed. Meanwhile a new surface treatment technology was developed using non-equilibrium plasma.（4）A MD-FE hybrid method and corresponding software was developed to analysis the tribological behaviors for multiplayer system.

研究主要内容和结果有：（1）得到指导梯度膜设计的几个准则：控制膜层厚度与接触半径比在0.8左右为宜；适当增加梯度层层数和顶层弹性模量，有利于提高抗屈服能力和改善界面处的应力状态；（2）通过对嵌入和滑动摩擦过程的分子动力学模拟，发现表层产生一个与宏观连续介质的塑性流动方向观测一致的45 方向位错；位错造成的不可逆变形和表面的原子堆积，是力的响应不可逆性的原因，也是构成摩擦力的主要因素；温度和嵌入速度对材料变形特性有显著的影响，当嵌入速度大于10 m/s时，屈服强度明显增加；（3）提出压痕裂纹密度系数β半定量判定膜层断裂韧性的方法；并开发出表面强化新工艺；（4）开发出分析表面摩擦学特性的MD-FE复合模拟方法和相应模拟软件。
