目的 对沈阳市大型超市经销的散装食品采样进行卫生学检测分析，防止经营过程中存在的二次污染，为卫生行政部门监督检查提供技术依据。

The contents of the course include the basic theories of the Zoonosis,the molecule mechanisms of the happening and development of the diseases, the points and the prevention and treatment of the Zoonosis and the significances of the public hygienics. We also teach the students the most newly researching developments of the Zoonosis.

课程内容包括人兽共患病基本理论，疫病的发生发展分子机理、人兽共患病流行热点及防治和公共卫生学意义等，同时还要向学生讲授人兽共患病最新研究进展。

Results Site selection, general layout, manufacturing technique and equipment layout, constructional hygienics, and sanitation safety facilities basically met the relevant national regulations, with defects remained in the emergency rescue and professional sanitation management system.
