Results: The treatment of the 156 cases (41.94%) was interrupted or with nonstandardized medication, with the influencing factors of the compliance as the following: doubts on the diagnosis of doctors (53.85%), dislike of the tediousness and the long duration of the treatment (33.97%), dissatisfaction with the effects (23.08%), worry about drug sideeffects (22.44%) and economic reasons (15.38%), et al.

结果：156例（占确诊总人数的41.94%）中断治疗或非规范用药，其依从性的影响因素依次为怀疑医生诊断（占53.85%）、嫌治疗繁琐和漫长（占33.97%）、对疗效不满（占23.08%）、担心药物副作用（占22.44%）和经济原因（占15.38%）等。

Among pathogens , the most common pathogens associated with VAP were Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( 3013 %), Acinetobacter baumanii (1115 %), Klebsiella pneumoniae ( 1017 %), Escherichia coli ( 716 %) and S taphylococcus aureus ( 618 %). Their multiple drug2resistance to antibiotics was serious. Drug sensitivity tests indicated that the GNB had lower drug2 resistance to such antibiotics as imipenem , amikacin , piperacillin/ tazobactam , ceftazidime , cefepime , cefoperazone/sulbactam , ciprofloxacin and ticarcillin/ clavulanate. Polymicrobial pathogens were more isolated in late2onset VAP than in early2onset VAP.

结果 共检出致病菌383 株，革兰阴性细菌占8411 %，其中非发菌占5114 %，肠杆菌科占3216 %，革兰阳性球菌占1218 %，其中MRSA和MRSE 占615 %，真菌占311 %；前5 位致病菌分别为铜绿假单胞菌(3013 %)、鲍氏不动杆菌(1115 %)、肺炎克雷伯菌(1017 %)、大肠埃希菌(716 %)、金黄色葡萄球菌(618 %)等；药敏结果显示这几类菌株的多重耐药现象严重，较为敏感的抗菌药物有亚胺培南/西司他丁、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、环丙沙星及替卡西林/克拉维酸等，革兰阳性细菌均对万古霉素敏感；迟发性VAP 的混合培养比例显著高于早发性VAP。

The knowledge of verminosis prevention was lack and they had dangerous behaviors to get verminosis.39.02% had the history of drinking water from river,well and so on.45.37% ate with dirty hands.50.24% ate dirty vegetable and fruit without clean.37.07% ate fish and shrimp without cook.44.88% ate rawness pork.27.32% used nothing to prevent mosquito.

预防寄生虫病知识的知晓率低，寄生虫病危险行为高，有喝没经处理过的生水史的占39.02%；有吃饭前不洗手习惯的占45.37%；生吃蔬果吃前没洗的占50.24%；有生吃鱼虾行为史的占37.07%；有吃半生不熟猪肉行为史的占44.88%；夏天没用防蚊用品的占27.32%。

RESULTS: Of the total 499 ADR cases, the drugs involved totalled 189 kinds, with anti-infective drugs showing the highest proportions . Lesions of skin and its appendants took the lead (37.5%).

结果 499例 ADR中，男性251例（占50.3%），女性248例（占49.7%）；涉及ADRs的药物共189个品种，其中抗感染药物居多（占39.0%）；静脉滴注是引起 ADR的主要给药途径（占76.6%）；ADR累及的主要器官/系统为皮肤损害（占37.5%）；严重 ADR有14例(占2.8%)。

It is found that (1) the aquatic protozoa communities consists of thirty-six taxa in twenty-six genera and twenty-four families;(2) the groups of ecological function include: Photosynthetic autotrophs (P groups, 25%), Bactivores detritivores (B groups, 44.44%), Saprotrophs (S groups, 2.78%), Algivores (A groups, 11.11%), Nonselective omnivores (N groups, 11.11%) and Raptors (R groups, 5.56%);(3) according to the characteristics of karst water, substrates and mosses, four ecological types and eight sub-types of aquatic protozoa communities can be distinguished.

2水生原生动物群落含6个功能营养群。其中，原生动物光合营养群（P群，Photosynthetic autotrophs），占总数的25%；细菌取食者群（B群，Bactivores detritivores），占总数的44.44%；腐生营养类群（S群，Saprotrophs，占总数的2.78%；食藻者类群（A群，Algivores），占总数的11.11%；非选择性杂食者群（N群，Nonselective omnivores），占总数的11.11%；食肉者群，占总数的5.56%。(3)根据岩溶水流、基质和藓类植物特征，划分该区附生水生原生动物生态群落为4个类型和8个亚类型。

Results There were about 13.27 workers in every community health service centre .And 40.46% of them are doctors; 0.89% are nurses; 6.85% were druggists; 1.80% were radiated workers. The percentage of senior technical post was 4.59%; that of intermediate technical post was 16.50%; that of primary technical post was 57.57%; and the percentage of no post was 0.67%.

结果社区健康服务中心平均有工作人员13.27人，其中中西医、护理、药剂、放射人员分别占40.46%、30.89%、6.85%、1.8%；高级职称占4.59%，中级占16.5%，初级占57.57%，无职称占21.32%；工作人员中具有中专、大专、本科、研究生学历者分别占57.27%、22.9%、8.28%、0.67%。

Results: The prevalence rates within two weeks among the elderly were 29.7% and 64.7%, and the rates of seeing a doctor within two weeks were 9.5% and 34.7% in urban community and rural areas respectively. The prevalence rates of chronic diseases were 62.1% and 56.4% in city and rural area respectively. Sixty-six point nine percent of the elderly in urban community went to high-level hospitals for medical services, while 73.3% of old people in rural area went to village clinics. The main reasons for diseased people not to visit a doctor were self feeling of slight illness (21.7%) and self-treatment (51.6%) in urban community and were low income (40.8%) and self feeling of slight illness (25.9%) in rural areas. The main affecting factors to rates of seeing a doctor within two weeks were increased age and family income per capita among the elderly in urban community, and were suffering or not suffering from chronic diseases in rural area.

结果：城市和农村社区老年人的两周患病率分别为29.7%和64.7%，两周就诊率为9.5%和34.7%，慢性病患病率分别为62.1%和56.4%；城市老年人就诊地点主要以县市级和省级医院为主，两者所占比例为66.9%；农村则以个体诊所或村卫生室为主，占73.3%；两周患者未就诊原因在城市主要是自感病轻（占21.7%）和自我医疗（占51.6%），在农村主要为经济困难（占40.8%）和自感病轻（占25.9%）；影响老年人两周就诊的因素在城市为年龄和家庭人均月收入，在农村是患慢性病与否。

CASE REPORTAfter analyzing the identification data in 47 cases of ear trauma from January, 1994 to April, 2002, it was studied that the correlated problems of forensic clinical identification for ear trauma. Out of 47 cases of ear trauma, male was 72%, 30～49 of ages was 60%, the farmers and workers occupy 51%, the civil case occupies 85%. The part of ear injury was most of auricle of ear(43%)and ear drum(25%). There was no different in injury of right and left ear and the flesh trauma occupies 66%.

病例报告通过对 1994年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 4月的 47例耳外伤鉴定资料分析，探讨在耳外伤法医临床学鉴定中涉及的相关问题。47例耳外伤中男性占72 %，年龄 30～ 49岁占 6 0 %，工人和农民占 5 1%，民事案件占 85 %，损伤部位以鼓膜和耳廓损伤为多，分别占 43%和 2 5 %，左右耳受伤机率基本相同，轻伤占 6 6 %。

Results In this group of cases,68 cases get bronchopneumonia(53.1%),30 cases get stromalatic pneumonia(23.4%),12 cases get big focal pneumonia(9.4%),10 cases get lobar pneumonia and segmented pneumonia(7.8%).

结果：本组病例中支气管肺炎68例（占53.1％），间质性肺炎30例（占23.4％），大病灶肺炎12例（占9.4％），大叶和节段性肺炎10例（占7.8％），心后影征5例(占3.9%)，上纵隔心缘、横膈模糊征3例(占2.3%)。
