In 1973 the Institute of Chemical Metallurgy was engaged to carry out research on fluidizcd roasting of titaniferous iron ore containing vanadium, with the special objective of utilizing the local resources of natural gas and hydraulic electric power, by reduction of the ore with a hydrogen-rich gas followed by melting of the reduced cinder in an electric furnace in order to separate the iron from a slag rich in vanadium and titanium.

化工冶金研究所于1973年接受了&流态化焙烧还原钒钛铁矿&的任务，要求结合当地资源，用天然气还原铁精矿，用水力发电熔化焙砂，再从熔渣中提取钒和钛。我们对流态化还原的若干方面开展了试验研究，包括铁精矿还原反应数据的获得和有关分析，以及可供应用的两种流态化反应器的工程研究。第一种是气控式多层流态化床，第二种是快速流态化反应器。此外，对于流态化还原中的失流以及熔砂的渣～铁分离和从熔渣中提取钒钛，也进行了试验研究。

以超支化聚合物作为基料与脂肪酸等单体合成了超支化树脂，并利用红外光谱，GPC等仪器对超支化树脂进行表征；同时研究了超支化树脂在聚氨酯哑光面漆中的应用，研究表明：实验所制备的超支化树脂虽然消光效果较差，但是采用超支化树脂部分代替商业哑光树脂可以改善漆膜的透明性及耐冲击性。

This paper, aimed at the problem of drying aluminum fluoride trihydrate, studied the most possible binding format of crystal water, and hereby deduced the process of crystal water dehydration.

本论文针对三水氟化铝的干燥脱水问题，应用晶体结构理论、价键理论以及各种相关化学原理推测了三水氟化铝可能的结晶水结合形式，并据此推断了其结晶水的脱除过程：对氟化铝干燥特性进行了实验研究，研究了温度和升温速率对氟化铝干燥效果的影响：采用非等温TG-DTG法，对三水氟化铝进行了热分解行为和热分解动力学分析，进一步验证了三水氟化铝的脱水过程，并得出了其脱水和水解过程的动力学参数及方程。

RESULTS: APC promoter 1A was methylated in NCI-H460 cells, and unmethylated in NCI-H446 and SPC-A1 cells. Hypermethylation was detected in all 5 CpG islands (687, 707, 714, 719, 726) of APC promoter 1A in NCI-H460 cells. The expression of APC in NCI-H460 cells was decreased by 26.04% of that in NCI-H446 cells and by 32.36% of that in SPCA1 cells. After treatment of 1, 5, 10, 15μmol/L 5-aza-dC, the expression of APC promoter 1A in NCI-H460 cells was enhanced by 4.59, 5.78, 9.58, 5.98 folds, respectively.

结果：SPC-A1和NCI-H446细胞APC甲基化阴性，NCI-H460细胞APC甲基化阳性；甲基化芯片检测Ncl-H460细胞在APC启动子1A 5个CpG位点均存在甲基化(687、707、714、719、726)，SPC-A1和NCI-H446甲基化阴性，荧光定量结果NCI-H460的APC转录较SPC-A1和NCI-H446有明显的下降，仅为二者平均的30.04%；经5-aza-dC脱甲基化作用后，NCI-H460细胞的APC表达增加了约5~10倍，其中10μmol/L浓度作用下，APC表达增加最多。

The effect of dosage of creaming reagent on creaming time, latex solid content and average particle size was studied, and it was found that the composite latex particle size was too large, and the concentration period was too long, about 15 days.

Aiming at the quality of metallization on polyester fabric which is used for microwave protection and electromagnetic wave shielding, the roughening effect of three methods was compared and the best one was got. Then, the method has been made better by using orthogonal test.

To prepare the phosphorylated PRAS40 (Ser183) antibody, We chosen 10-amino acid including Ser183 as antigen peptide through antigenicity and hydrophobicity analysis, hinged on keyhole limpet hemocyanin, and used the KLH-peptide to immunize rabbits. After antibody serum titer detection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the antibody was purified with rProtein A sepharose fast flow and dephosphorylated antigen membrane. The antibody titrate reached 1:10 000 after purification and its special property was enhanced with absorption treatment of dephosphorylated antigen membrane. In addition, we used rabbit anti-PRAS40 antibody and the phosphorylated PRAS40 (Ser183) antibody to detect PRAS40 expression in several cell lines, including the normal cells HL7702, HEK293, tumor cells HepG2, A549 and S180. There were no quite difference among these cells; otherwise, we observed the decreased phosphorylation level of Ser183 after amino acid withdrawal treatment.

为了制备PRAS40(Ser183)磷酸化多克隆抗体，本实验通过蛋白疏水性抗原性分析设计多肽抗原，用其免疫家兔获得抗血清， ELISA检测其效价为1：10 000； Western blotting法检测发现，通过rProtein A Sepharose亲和层析纯化并经非磷酸化的抗原条吸附处理后的抗体可以明显提高磷酸化抗体的特异性；用PRAS40抗体及PRAS40(Ser183)磷酸化抗体对正常细胞HL7702、HEK293及肿瘤细胞HepG2、A549、S180的检测显示：磷酸化的Ser183在不同细胞中表达差异不显著，而在经细胞饥饿处理的HEK293细胞中却明显观察到了S183磷酸化水平随氨基酸含量降低而减弱的现象。

There is not a significant difference in these groups by one-way analysis of variance. 2 Among 51 cases with lung cancer, 7 specimens showed malignant cells in bronchial lavages, including 4 cases in central lung cancer and 3 cases in peripheral lung cancer. Concordant results were observed in 20 cases. 6 specimens showed malignant cells on cytological analysis, and NMSP was positive in at least one gene tested. 14 samples did not show malignant cells on cytological analysis, and the NMSP results were correspondingly negative. The results of cytology and NMSP were discordant in 31 samples. 30 samples were cytologically negative, but NMSP positive in one or more genes. In addition, there was one case that the cytology was positive for malignant cells, but the NMSP was negative in all of the three gene tested.

51例肺癌患者支气管灌洗液细胞学检查发现肺癌细胞7例，其中27例中心型肺癌患者4例支气管灌洗液发现肺癌细胞，24例周围型肺癌患者3例支气管灌洗液发现肺癌细胞。20例支气管灌洗液细胞学检查和过甲基化检测得到一致结论。6例支气管灌洗液发现肿瘤细胞，过甲基化分析至少一个基因阳性。14例灌洗液未发现肿瘤细胞，三个基因过甲基化分析均为阴性。31例支气管灌洗液细胞学检查和过甲基化检测得到不一致结论，30例细胞学检查为阴性，但过甲基化分析一个或一个以上基因为阳性。1例细胞学检查阳性但过甲基化分析阴性。
