Methods 104 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.in basis of routine therapy, patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated by yangxue qingnao granules,4 g,three times a day; patients in control group (n＝48) were treated by troxerutin, 3 pills a day.the course was 30 days in two groups.the indexes of hemorrheology and mca,aca,pca, va, ba and pi were observed before and after treatment.results there were significant differences between two groups in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, mca,aca,pca,mca and pi after treatment (p.05).conclusion yangxue qingnao granules have definite effect on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency, and decrease and hemorrheology in patients with ccci, relieve angiospasm and improve clinical symptoms.

将慢性脑供血不足患者104例随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上治疗组56例加服养血清脑颗粒，每次4 g，每日3次口服。对照组48例在常规治疗基础上加服曲克芦丁，每次2片，每日3次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后血液流变学指标及大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、左右椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果 2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度，mca、aca、pca的pi及mca的ri及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效确切，能降低ccci患者的血液黏稠度及血液流变学指标，增加脑供血，缓解血管痉挛，改善临床症状，改善脑供血不足。

Methods There were to patients of diabetes and 35 patients of non-diabetes in this study. The diameter, inter median thickness, peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity, pulsatility index, and resistance index of bilateral common femoral artery, superficial femoral artery, profunda femoral artery, popliteal artery,and pedal artery,and whether there was arteriosclerotic plaque or occlusive diseases were examined with color Doppler ultrasonogh.

糖尿病组70例，非糖尿病组35例，分别应用彩色多普勒超声观察双侧股总动脉、股浅动脉、股深动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉的血管内径、内－中膜的厚度、收缩期最大峰值血流速度、舒张期末血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数；观察血管内有无硬化斑块、有无完全性和不完全性动脉闭塞。

目的 为探讨糖尿病对脑血管的，而对脑动脉血流动力学进行对比。经临床诊断糖尿病50例，行TCDFI检测大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉等血管的血流速度指标及搏动指数、阻力指数，收缩期血流速度/舒张末期血流速度及频谱形态分析与健康组对照比对分析。结果(1)TCDFI频谱中，血流速度的变化，Vmax是非特异性的，而VE是明显下降的。

Methods The pedicled flap was designed according to superfical iliac cireumflex artery and vein,with axial line from femoral arte ry pulsative point to apex of anterior superior iliac spine.

In control group, 10 patients got staxis bleeding and another 3 patients even got severe bleeding followed by the second operation. 部分病例因出血量大而需再次手术止血，对患者造成一定的心理压力和经济损失。2006年2月～2008年10月我院所行收治的235例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度内痔及反复出血的Ⅱ度内痔患者随机分组，其中126例术中采用常规缝扎动脉搏动部位的为治疗组，109例未行上述操作的作为对照组，作一回顾性分析，现报道如下

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
